    I think when you watch someone perform on stage, it's all the more special because it's happening right in front of you.

    I love both theater and film/video editing, and yet I totally see their difference and I'm okay with it.

    Yes Theater still matters in modern society because there is still shows that always makes someone who watches feel entertained. Theater will continue to still evolve and be apart of society whether old or new

      Live theater is BORING! Film/TV acting is better because we (the audience) are not listening to nonstop BS. Also, film and television inspire creativity, imagination and/or travel.

      Untrue. Theater = the USA spelling, Theatre = the French word that the rest of the world uses. Both have both meanings above; the words are interchangeable.
