I have theories, there is a possibility of the boss being a human phoenix, but a phoenix wouldn’t survive a nuke more so revive from one. there’s a possibility that the boss is a god, but that brings up a question of why would a god be in the mafia even if he’s an evil god. He could just be immortal but if he is just immortal he would still be considered human.
