I met Ivan in 1987 at Ricky Steamboats Gym in Charlotte NC. We became great friends and worked out together. I was on delayed entry to the Army. I was a great athlete. I was a huge fan of wrestling. I watched as a young boy and still watch today. Ivan was a super nice guy. I bought my vitamins and protein powder from him. So proud of the man he became. We both battled cancer. Cancer took his life and I was stage 4 lymphoma on hospice. God granted me a miracle. After Ivan passed away it was a period of depression and struggle. On Feb 20, 2020 I was at the LSU Cancer Center when I got the results that changed everything. I was cancer free. I went with friends on a Cruise and I contracted Covid. I was one of the first in the United States to contract it. My father passed away with cancer in November of 2021. I’m now the pastor of his church in Alabama. Ivan was an inspiration. I sure do miss him.
Amen. And thank you for continuing to stand with me for my breakthrough to become visible to me. God is at work. But as David Wilkerson said, "The hardest part of faith is the last half hour before Jesus shows up" (which I hope I am in, or it will be even more disastrous...)

Purpose 101. The Message of Christ is still Relationship with God and it comes by ALL HIM, no me. This video sermon is the True Gospel. Jesus never taught that the main purpose for His Death was to get things from God. The Ultimate Purpose for His death was to get GOD first (and then other things will be added). Materialistic, fleshly american churches have it backwards.
