Both in Max’s and Chloe’s nightmares, there have been bizarre texts from people. Maybe this represents Max’s fear of Blackwell. Fear of becoming Jefferson? Or if it’s a Sacrifice Arcadia ending, maybe she’s feeling guilty about destroying the town? So I think it’s more of a subliminal, psychological thing, rather than a fact.

Blackwell 2.0 but with more different areas and details, the thumbnail even looks, somehow (don't ask, I just got the vibe), like they used some old exterior models and improved it (no hate, it looks atmospheric, although, as a fan since the beginning of LIS, I think I have an opinion about the concept of DE itself). Guess we'll have to wait and see.
