Hi, depending on the platform your on, you can just check the store and buy the DLC. For example if you are on PS5, the Playstation Store will have the WBC pack for sale. The game is broken and doesn't let people access the game store but the only fighters you can buy is the WBC pack.

I 100% agree, FNC had an amazing roster. It was truly ahead of it's time and still holds up to this day
