Amtrak P42DC 'Empire Builder' Super Pack 2.0

This pack is a complete rework of the “Amtrak P42DC 'Empire Builder' Loco Add-On” you can buy here: store.steampowered.com/app/22...
Version 3.0 is a texture and sound upgrade over my previous version.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Go to your Rail Works directory
(Typically: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks).
2. Drop the “Assets” folder in the directory (Overwrite the previous version).
3. Make sure that you set “Ambient Occlusion” to, at least, the “Low” setting (Preferably “Dynamic”).
And that’s ALL you have to do.

Hello. Not related to the mod in any sort of way, but for whatever reason, the dynamic brakes on the empire builder p42 don't work correctly, as whenever I send the P42 to dynamic braking, it only goes up to 11%. This has been happening even without the mod installed. Would you know a fix to this? I hardly play Train Simulator Classic as I'm just now getting back into it so I would like to know from someone who has a bit more experience than me (and especially seeing as how DTG likes to half-ass most of their content before they release it.)

Actually the dynamic breaks do work. When you first set the dynamic brakes, it stays at 11% for around 8 seconds before you can add more notches. You can see it working at 22:22.
