This is great and something i was trying to do recently. Tangentially related do you know how I could implement buildable bridges? I have the bridges and everything working, but i am having trouble making it placeable on gaps without it being allowed to be built across two different heights, and without extending over either side (if the height change could be detected and use a ramp version where applicable that would be ideal) and also i need to add pathing to it somehow so it works properly but the data/model editor hurts me and i dont know what im doing. I love you
Unfortunately, the more mechanical and gameplay-focused parts of the editor are still pretty beyond me, so I don't really have an idea of where to start with that. I know there's a pretty healthy SC2 modding scene between SC2Mapster and all the people involved in the recent custom campaign manager, so they may be able to point you in the right direction.
