- Hello everyone! Today I have a quick tutorial to share with you. In this tutorial I show you how I created my pages in the Disney Say Cheese Mini Album. To create the pages I used a package of cards and envelopes from the Paper Studio. I purchased them at Hobby Lobby and they measure 4.75 x 4.75.
Excellent explanation to everything. No confusion at all. Thanks ginger you are the best
Glad you liked the tutorial.

VERY CUTE ALBUM!! I think I will use this layout for something. From looking at the finished book - it looks like WAAAYYY more than 5 pages! I love the way you get so many pages and pockets per two envelopes. Wow - really love the way you decided to put those envelopes together.

Hello there....How are you doing?
love it thank you for sharing!!! Can't wait to make one
BRILLIANT!! I'm not a big fan of envelope mini's either, but this one, I would make. It definitely makes the pages much sturdier the way you have designed it. Once again, BRILLIANT! I can't wait to give it a try!!
Thanks! So glad you like it! Have fun creating!!
So I made the album this evening when I got home from work. It was the fastest album base I have ever made. I went ahead and made 6 pages. I have decided that I will make a bunch of bases for when I need to put together a quick little album. I think this is my new "Quick Gift" album. Thanks again Ginger!! YOU ROCK!!
+Kat F so glad you like it! It's a fun project!!

I love this Ginger! I made an Itty bitty mini from your tutorial! Tfs!
clever as always thank you
love this! super!
Great tutorial.
You're amazing!
Hi Ginger I have watched your video & want to make this mini album. I have so many envelopes & cards but they don't have the straight flap like yours. Will it work with the triangle flaps? I would rather not have to buy env's & cards specially. Gloria.
Gloria Lumley Probably, the pocket might look a little different.
That was what I thought. I thik I will gie it a try with 2 spare envelopes. Thank you for your quick reply. Gloria
New subbie here. Great tutorial. Tfs! 😊💙
Super cute! TFS ~ leslie
So very cute. Would love to see a walk thru of entire album. Also should hinges be exact size of pages.
Colleen Craig You need to make your hinges smaller than the pages otherwise they wont fit easily. I do have a walk through video
Here is the link to the walkthrough th-cam.com/video/vmtstfdOxnw/w-d-xo.html
if you don't mind me asking where did you find the disney paper I need it in my life I take care of a boy who I'd autistic and he is obsessed with disney
Once again, Ginger, love the album. I'm doing mine for one of my grand's High School Grad party and her going away to college party, combined...if I counted correctly she can have 60 photos of 3 different sizes, that's a lot of real estate in a compact space!! I've gotten all the pages done and am ready to do the cover and hidden hinge binding and I am not certain on the spacing. I'm thinking it's the Kathy Orta hidden hinge and her basic tutorial is 1/2", 1/2", and 1/4" with the 1/4" being the gusset...did you increase the gusset to more than 1/4" or do they fit snugly into the 1/4" gusset? Mine is 6 pages instead of 5 but otherwise will be the same, just one more gusset space to add. Thanks so much for sharing with us and for your response to my question. Pat.
ty so much
Hi there I have been watching you for years and have made many of your albums. I took a break and now I want to create some others from your tutorials. Years ago you mentioned a really cool bone folder you found and I loved it but now I don't remember where you said you got it. Can you tell me the name of it, I want to think it was made of silicone maybe??? thanks so much :) Glad you are still scrappin'' So happy to find your channel I used to work from your blog :) thanks so much :)
CountryAnne's Creations It’s a teflon bone folder. You can purchase them at several places. just google teflon bone folder and you will find a source. Even Lawn Fawn sells one now on their website lawnfawn.com
is that an iphone watch? wow you are truly up on technology....take care
This is an absolutely easy book to do, but where do I find the measurements for the five hinges. I can't wait for this envelope mini album to come together. Thanks...
Do you have a tutorial showing the binding structure?
I love your mini albums. I usually cover my chipboard with 65 lb cardstock from Michaels, but I have a problem with it cracking after it has been opened repeatedly. Any suggestions as to what I may be doing wrong? Thank you
How much space are you leaving between your chipboard pieces?. I use the same cardstock to cover my chipboard i have not had any problems with it cracking. I leave 1/4 inch between my chipboard pieces.
My Sisters Scrapper Thank you. I think that is my problem. I have not been leaving enough space.
Hi Ginger, I can't find tutorial on how to create the cover for the Say Cheese Mini Album...please help.
Unfortunately Hobby Lobby has changed the sizes of their envelopes/cards. I can’t find the square ones anymore. 😢
so Ginger I'm doing this but as I'm new what size do I cut the binding strip ? and I do score at 1" and then across at 1/4,1/4and then 3/8 right ? thanks for any help
Diana Molinaro all of that information is shown in my bindings and covers tutorial. th-cam.com/video/axq9Kz0t6uQ/w-d-xo.html
Love this tutorial Thank you so much for sharing! I just got the envelopes from Hobby Lobby and already started making the pages, but i have a quick question do you have a tutorial where i can learn how to make the hingdes? or at least the cover? i did an album before and i always struggle on that part, not sure how it is easier to make?
Yes, I have a covers and binding tutorial on my channel.
Here's the link to my covers and binding tutorial th-cam.com/video/axq9Kz0t6uQ/w-d-xo.html
+My Sisters Scrapper thank you so much for link!
Can you please tell me what videos I should watch to make this mini album?
This video show how to create the pages. If you do not know how to create mini album covers and binding then you can watch this one. th-cam.com/video/axq9Kz0t6uQ/w-d-xo.html
do you have the measurements for all of the layered pieces for each page, if so, will you share with me. I saw how you had all of your layers in a bag so you were not cutting as you went. Ty in advance. if you have detailed instructions that you sell, I am willing to pay, I love your work
The layers are all just 1/4 inch smaller. For example the envelope base is 4-3/4 x4-3/4 so the black mat is 4-1/2 x4-1/2 and the design paper is 4-1/4 x 4-1/4. I do not have written instructions. Sorry. This was originally a class project that I taught last summer at a retreat.
+My Sisters Scrapper if you want to email me I can email you the list of measurements that were provided in the class kits. You can contact me via my blog. mysistersscrapper.com
Ginger if my envelopes are 5.5x5.5 what size should my cover be tyt Lynne
Lynne Hebert I usually make my covers 1/4 inch larger than my pages. Since yours are 5.5 x 5.5 then I would make them 5-3/4x5-3/4. You could always do 6x6 but I wouldn’t go larger than that.
HOW DO YOU DO THE HINDGES???
