I have nothing but high accolades for Dr.Vaou. She was my first treating physician, as a neurological disorder patient. Dr.Vaou is spot on with the symptoms and the complications that can be associated with PD. PD is such a multi faceted physical and psychological abnormality of body and mind. If you know of anyone that has been diagnosed with PD, please be patient with them and remember to include yourself in the treatment, for any infirmity can effect the caregiver as well.

We are in the process of making changes in our bedroom. Lower the bed and I knit, draw, etc. So I need to remove possible (weapons) from the room such as pencils, needles, scissors, etc. I scream, kick, yell and fight to the point that my husband wakes me. I thought it was PTSD. I fell out of bed and really hurt and bloodied my knee. Pain is excruciating. I had no idea it could go together. I am almost always light head. Thank you for the information. I live in 🇨🇦 and even though I have these symptoms + - I have not been officially diagnosed. Not everyone has access to doctors equally. We do not have the option of obtaining a physician even if we want/can pay $. So, I am researching in order to be pro-active. I have anxiety because I need follow-up in order to obtain prescriptions and therapies. At this point I do not know where to turn. I am tired of the fight to get help. I am not as worried about the disease as I am about the difficulty for follow-up.
My brother had mini stroke and suddenly boom hit him Parkinson disease ! His tongue was shaking and his face was red and he was only 44 years old and he had premature ejaculation problem since 17 years old and 2008 diagnosed Graves' disease ..2016 February he had suddenly mini stroke both hands was numb he couldn't open his hands same time his tongue was shaking and left hand thumb start twitching everything happen about 2 minutes...
Huntions Decease has much worse symptoms, combine in some people, Dementia, Alzheimers Depression, ticks, tremours as with Parkinsons, stroke, not being able to swallow, or hear or see eventually can cause incontinence of bowel/urine. Falling into coma, death is quicker more common in Huntington's Decease, is more a death cause than all the others mentioned relating to that conditions than Parkinson's.

I don’t know if you are aware of Deep Brain Surgery which I had at the university college London three years ago. Although there is no cure, there are lots of medication and even surgery available to help ease symptoms.
Aloha Tracy ( Mahalo), I've seen a TH-cam video about that, it looks scary. My question is can you go swimming in the ocean or pool with that, and can you fly elevation wise, and is there any side effects?

I think Parkinson's disease starts in the gut and sleep disorder.take care of these early it will help. Stay away from ibuprofen. Aleve. Aspirin. These will hurt the gut over time

I was diagnosed February 2020. Lack of adequate sleep is my biggest issue so far. This can be some scary s@#t. Remember we are not alone in this.

A lot of these symptoms are also Lewy body dementia,which is important to be diagnosed correctly because Parkinson's meds can make the LBD worse!

Some people have Stem cell treatment; as for HIV, Lukemia, Multipule Seloris (MS), some Cancers, Huntingtions Disease (HD). Chrons, Wilson's Disease.
