Exactly the same story of what happened to El Chapo Guzman of Mexico. He was also on USA's wanted list of drug traffickers. He had built a drug cartel in Sinaloa province, imprisoned several times in Mexico, but would always find a way of escaping from prison until he was extradited to USA and now serving life in prison. However, he trained his sons so they're now in charge of their father's cartel.
And another qtn is since these people informed the government abt the protest bfre cnt they put the army and police in the place so that people can do there business and also get a chance to arrest them
