From what I know, only high clergy officials or demons can use that magic!” like he was entertaining the idea that she was a demon the entire time. He told her about his mom to try to get her to give up trying to seduce him, but he decided he could commit himself to her if she healed his mom. Very heart-warming story of overcoming racism for the sake of healing your mom's fatal disease with demonic magic, and it makes the sequel all the better.
Later on down the line, she decides to be honest with him and reveal she was actually a demon the whole time, and he's like "Yeah, kinda figured when our child sprouted wings and a third eye"
The moment he talked of his mom and she brought up healing I somehow already knew exactly how it would end lol... Although it went even a little better than I hoped.

A storyline of an evil demon lord hiring a bunch of demons to go around healing mysterious diseases and improving the lot of human society to the point that they no longer feel like risking their lives to attack the demon lord is pretty great, ngl.
It's actually a good idea for a story. Instead of seeing the enemy as Evil, they could just be desperate, and a less violent path might be able to be reached.
I had an idea it was going to go the marriage and kids route, but they did it! LOL That's one way for her to stop that warrior! Can't imagine she was laughing as she delivered a baby though.
