It is only recently that I've become familiar with Bruch. Unfortunately, he's not one of the big B's that the radio stations play. I stumbled across him here on TH-cam and have become enamored with his music along with so many other worthy composers that get no air time, and little concert time, either. I find Bruch's music goes beyond entertaining, but is moving spiritually and emotionally. I always reach the end of a piece stirred and challenged to go out and do great things. Not certain, but this was probably the Koch-Schwann recording of 1999. Camilla Nylund, Stephanie Lange, sopranos; Nancy Maultsby, Xenia-Maria Mann, mezzo-sopranos; Bernhard Gärtner, tenor; Jeffrey Kneebone, baritone; Michael Burt, bass-baritone; Robert Holzer, bass; NDR Radio Choir, Budapest Radio Choir, Radio-Philharmonie Hannover des NDR, Leon Botstein, conductor. Apologies to everyone if this is incorrect but this is the only CD issued of this piece I know of. This channel really should include this information, IMO. Also, ICYMI, this is just two segments of a much longer work.
Looking at the score, this is hardly the entirety. Any chance you can upload it? This may be just a recording of excerpts but this performance is vastly dynamic and varied compared to the Achilleus recording also available on TH-cam.

Why was the orchestra and the conductor given no credit at all ??
The first part starting at 00:00 is The Banquet with the Phaiakes. The second part starting at 13:18 is The Final Chorus. 😉
