I have never watched Chuang before, and at first, I don't have any interest in this show but somehow I saw Liu Yu's traditional dance with Da Yu cut on my Twitter and now here I come. He will break the curse for sure. Go my boy, you got it!!

Absolutely applicable to me. I don't watch idol shows but I do love to watch dancing. What brought me to this show is Zhou Shen. And I stay because of Liu Yu (and a few others but mainly for Liu Yu) after watching the TianXia team and of course, Big Fish dance (double gold for me .. favourite song, favourite singer and beautiful dance). I even participate in voting. Lo and behold. Most times, I just watch and don't even bother to vote. I am smittened with this young man who, IMO has lots of potential to shine even brighter. I also hope those who did not make it further into competition (Class F), not give up their dreams. Just as musician Li Luoer said, you create opportunities, you don't wait for it.
Here again after seeing how Boys Planet treat the international trainees. They gave no screentime to Ichika and Hiroto. Chuang 2021 is the best survival show. Nothing can beat the boys' friendships not even the language and cultural barriers. This show is much more than a competition.

Liu Yu standing on the center is such a nice view, like he was made to be there. I never knew who he was before the show, he got my attention during his audition and the first test. Usually, when trainees have their specialty, they will stick to that genre so they can perform better but liu yu, going from traditional chinese to modern hiphop was such a bold and amazing move. He's not afraid to show the fans that he can do so much more genre than what he showed us during the auditions. Seeing him on the center today makes me wanna support him more. Liu Yu is so charming. He performed this song naturally and he has worked really hard to reach this position. He was a hot douyin before he participated in this competition, so he has a lot supporters, but not many of them are his fan. And what's even more sad is that he gets so little attention from the interfan. I hope you guys will notice him more cause he deserves it!
I mean... I would say he's one of the more popular Chinese trainees in the international fan base. But his biggest demographic is definitely China and Vietnam. He is extremely charming and very versatile in different themes. Hopefully he debuts and beats the curse.

But I've recently discovered there quite a lot artists(painters) I like from Vietnam who like to paint traditional artworks of guys in hanfu. So he checks the mark in that as well LOL

He is more likely to be loved by the Asians, in particular: Vietnamese and Chinese.

Liu Yu! From his smile, expressions, dancing, to how he captures the audience and the stage! He’s glowing and made for the stage🌟 I also feel that the song is very catchy and the lyrics are just fine, unlike what some viewers think. I like that it talks about fighting hard for your dreams to create miracles，learning other languages together, being there for one another, and fighting alongside on this journey. I also love how inclusive the “we are a team” part was and it shows that unity and friendship have no language barriers or boundaries.
I never knew Patrick before this. And I’m quite a critic when it comes to praises even if they are my fav or not, I give praise where it really deserves. So after watching all the contestants,definitely not considering skills here but Patrick is probably the most handsome trainee. A lot of them are but Patrick kind of stands out.

Liuyu is really famous in China. His "super topics" always no.1 but TH-cam isn't allowed in China. It's the reason why international fans just focus on foreign tranees ( especially Nine, Patrick,...). Btw please pay more attention to Liuyu and vote for him. Liu Yu is really very professional. He can create a friendly look and bring happiness to viewers even when performing with many other trainees. The central location of this show is great. Liu Yu's smile is also beautiful. Even when the camera is not shining in his direction, Liu Yu always shines.
I came back here again half year after INTO1 was debuted. Chuang 2021 is one of the best idol shows I've ever watched. It's also the 1st season that I literally followed every single part, from Werewolf to Dorm Diary and from trainees' to INTO1's Vlogs. I think I can even repeat the whole show year after year without getting bored. Thank you Tencent, mentors, every trainees, and fans for creating this wonderful "story" together

my picks: Riki, Santa, Liu Yu, Patrick, Nine, Zhou Keyu, Kazuma, Wu Yuheng! I am a Taiwanese American so I am in no way biased towards any trainee based on background. I also had no prior knowledge of any of the trainees before the show. My picks are because they're all so talented and I really like their personalities. The first trainees to stand out to me were Riki and Santa because of their insane evaluation stage. I noticed Liu Yu because of his free style with Santa and then because of the Lit stage. The rest stood out to me over time as the show went on. To see all my picks getting the spots they deserve makes me so happy :)) Edit: I know Kaz left, I just left him on because he's still in this episode!

I read the comments, no matter what's your preference, that's your choice. Me coming from 0 know nothing about the boys but I have set my eyes on Liu Yu since day 1. N I'm very happy when he becomes the center!! He is truly shining, he deserves it! I voted for him. Period

My picks are currently in no specific order (whoever wins is a dime in dozen folks all the contestants are incredible): - Liu Yu (amazing traditional dancer and elegant temperament is so endearing) - Riki (incredible dancer/choreographer + he seems so warm and welcoming) - Zhang Xingte (srsly underrated vocal and hyperactive personality which is super sweet but annoying lmao) - Santa (again incredible dancer and surprisingly good vocal) - Nine (super cute and incredible with what he's learnt in such a small period of time, huge potential) - Yu Gengyin/Jing Long - Patrick (his relationship with nine is so cute and again has huge potential for what he's learnt in a small time period) - Mika (very soulful voice that I like) - Oscar (probs one of the best all-rounders I found his vocal super surprising) - Hu Yetao (dunno why people aren't talking more about him, yes he looks different from different but his talent is nonetheless) - Lin Mo (again super talkative personality that's kinda annoying but you can't help but love it lmao, would excel in variety shows) Edit: Due to finding out about the news of Zhou Keyu smoking or vaping in his dorm, I have decided to abstain from voting for him. This is my decision by all means as I don’t feel comfortable supporting someone who smokes when he’s supposed to be a role model. You might attack me for deciding not to support smokers/vapers, and I do believe everyone has control over their own lives but the fact that he was smoking in his dorms which exposes his dorm ages to second hand smoking and was caught on camera when smoking is against the rules speaks a lot for me about his character. I’ve decided to alternate voting for Yu Gengyin and Jing Long. This opinion is based on video footage which may be false, please tell me if it is and provide evidence not an opinion please. The lyrics might be childish but the “simple and childish words” really express the hard work and effort put in by each and every trainee standing right there 🥺 i feel so emotional listening to this because i can feel how “desperate” (in a good way) they really want to debut and be recognised! Just missing Chuang 2021 and how hard they try to perform for this theme song. I still remember, fresh in my mind - the journey that started with these boys. I'm so thankful for this season to happen because it brought me so much joy, laughter, sadness and everything about this season seems to connect with not only the trainees and mentors together but also the fans. Us fans always say that this whole season they truly seem like a family even if there is a slight language barrier but through it all, they still manage to be one together.

In Vietnam he has already had a 60k likes fanpage before he participated in this show, so his fanbase in VN is very strong. I would like to say that he doesn't suit the tastes of the interfan. He is more likely to be loved by the Asians, in particular: Vietnamese and Chinese.

But he is still on the popular side among the Chinese trainees for the international audience. In most of the other countries he is top 11. Idk about top donated. He’s glowing and made for the stage🌟 I also feel that the song is very catchy and the lyrics are just fine, unlike what some viewers think. I like that it talks about fighting hard for your dreams to create miracles，learning other languages together, being there for one another, and fighting alongside on this journey. I also love how inclusive the “we are a team” part was and it shows that unity and friendship have no language barriers or boundaries.

I never knew Patrick before this. And I’m quite a critic when it comes to praises even if they are my fav or not, I give praise where it really deserves. But then only his voice can do wonders too. But I have to say Mika has a pretty common face,he’s kind of that guy who is really handsome but also have seen elsewhere. And I guess Patrick is mixed? I’m not sure but he stands out really whether it be his looks, smooth skin ,body shape or fashion.He looks even better without makeup and all rough.He is that cute and sexy type of guy. Liuyu is really famous in China. His "super topics" always no.1 but TH-cam isn't allowed in China. It's the reason why international fans just focus on foreign tranees ( especially Nine, Patrick,...).

I came back here again half year after INTO1 was debuted. Chuang 2021 is one of the best idol shows I've ever watched. It's also the 1st season that I literally followed every single part, from Werewolf to Dorm Diary and from trainees' to INTO1's Vlogs. I think I can even repeat the whole show year after year without getting bored. Thank you Tencent, mentors, every trainees, and fans for creating this wonderful "story" together

I also had no prior knowledge of any of the trainees before the show. My picks are because they're all so talented and I really like their personalities. The first trainees to stand out to me were Riki and Santa because of their insane evaluation stage. I noticed Liu Yu because of his free style with Santa and then because of the Lit stage. The rest stood out to me over time as the show went on. To see all my picks getting the spots they deserve makes me so happy :))

- Liu Yu (amazing traditional dancer and elegant temperament is so endearing)
- Riki (incredible dancer/choreographer + he seems so warm and welcoming)
- Zhang Xingte (srsly underrated vocal and hyperactive personality which is super sweet but annoying lmao)
- Santa (again incredible dancer and surprisingly good vocal)
- Nine (super cute and incredible with what he's learnt in such a small period of time, huge potential)
- Yu Gengyin/Jing Long
- Patrick (his relationship with nine is so cute and again has huge potential for what he's learnt in a small time period)
- Mika (very soulful voice that I like)
- Oscar (probs one of the best all-rounders I found his vocal super surprising)
- Hu Yetao (dunno why people aren't talking more about him, yes he looks different from different but his talent is nonetheless)
- Lin Mo (again super talkative personality that's kinda annoying but you can't help but love it lmao, would excel in variety shows)

Due to finding out about the news of Zhou Keyu smoking or vaping in his dorm, I have decided to abstain from voting for him. This is my decision by all means as I don’t feel comfortable supporting someone who smokes when he’s supposed to be a role model. You might attack me for deciding not to support smokers/vapers, and I do believe everyone has control over their own lives but the fact that he was smoking in his dorms which exposes his dorm ages to second hand smoking and was caught on camera when smoking is against the rules speaks a lot for me about his character. I’ve decided to alternate voting for Yu Gengyin and Jing Long. This opinion is based on video footage which may be false, please tell me if it is and provide evidence not an opinion please. If this turns out to be false I will start voting for him again and update this post.
I’m unsure whether Mika is fit to be in a boy group. I like his style but the problem lays whether he can integrate it within a team setting without disrupting the team harmony. He still has my vote for now but this might change in ep 6.

Just missing Chuang 2021 and how hard they try to perform for this theme song. I still remember, fresh in my mind - the journey that started with these boys. I'm so thankful for this season to happen because it brought me so much joy, laughter, sadness and everything about this season seems to connect with not only the trainees and mentors together but also the fans. Us fans always say that this whole season they truly seem like a family even if there is a slight language barrier but through it all, they still manage to be one together.

Z-Pop has this. Z-Pop uses different Asian Cultures to make their Girl and Boy groups, but they sing in English.
There is also Now United. The members are from different countries (only one representative in every country). Their mv's are shot in different countries. They also perform in different countries but they sang their songs in english.
