@995sean I was just about to say that! England's only World Cup so far was achieved thanks to a drop goal!
Drop goals are great and some penalties too: when shooting from almost midfield or farther away, or right by the touch lines (tight angles)
Crusaders man, but the Canes looked tired after last week, all these super rugby games look tough and high quality
These guys are pro Athletes.. They are expected to turn up when required, plus they had almost 3 months off.. The Crusaders defence made them look tired, there were no easy yards today.. No excuses..

@@DownloadARevolt20 What does belong in contact sports however is the possibility that tempers may flare on occasion. Especially in a sport as physically demanding as rugby.

@Justin @Gman ‘flat’ passing is really just part of the game now, but does keep it flowing. Much prefer to watch this than northern hemisphere rugby, ball skills are fantastic. Some of those out the back passes are unreal...
@@robertcarter5807 what happens if a ref starts pinging em left and right? I agree it helps the game flow and is the same in rugby worldwide but they should throw the ball genuinely 'flat' or actually backwards.
I thought the Crusaders got a lot of marginal decisions, am completely neutral BTW.

Why did Beauden leave the hurricanes for the Blues? Genuine question as I usually catch highlights here in Ireland
He moved with his wife to the blues area , and moving to the blues was the easier option then travelling back to the hurricanes every day.
His dad Also played for the blues. I think he wanted to play for their for him also.

You should give a tap and go free kick when the penalty is for not realising the ball in the ruck. People is tired to see player focus in get a penalty than play the ball. Maybe 10 meters and a tap will bring more tries than boring penalties.
Or they can just play like the crusaders.lol
A likely outcome of that is that you will then see more players not releasing the ball. If you have a look at how that particular law has evolved over the last 30 to 40 years, you can pick up clues on what might happen when you tweak it.

Everyone looks strong then the 70th min is on the clock and the crusaders just turn the dial up and teams struggle to keep with them they can be betten but the Red and black need a off game the other team needs to play out of there skin.
Andrew Busuttil I’m a Blues fan myself.. we won’t get close to the Saders. No weaknesses that I can see. I would love to be wrong but I can’t see it.
995sean I still think Saders are deserved favourites mate. Too much class. We played a woeful Chiefs side and only scored 2 tries. Canes would’ve put 10 tries on them.
