Please share which brand 1121 rice you use. Can you also make video on how to season wok properly, as my Noodles & rice gets stick on wok after making them as per order. I try to put 2 tablespoons of oil while boiling them yet same results. I tried several ways to season wok but still it blacken after every order. Is it necessary to wash wok daily or after every use? Please make video on tips. I follow you recipes, they come out amazing.
