I know this is an old video but I replaced all the wearables with the AA Kit and after putting it back together It’s like normal rzr noises but it is twice as loud than normal. Any ideas ? I was trying to follow their break in procedure and take it easy however this has me nervous. It goes away with rpm and it’s definitely clutch related.
If you haven't put them back together yet. Line up the marks left by the belt removal tool on the inner sheave to the holes for the tool on the outer sheave. Should line you back up.

I don't have a clutch, but is nice to know how to rebuild one.

Cat is going to be down a bit longer than planned, but new upgrades will make it worth the wait.
My belt is rubbing on the edge of the bearing towards the drivers side. Distance between primary and secondary spindles are 10.5 inches bang on
The center to center distance may be what they say it should be but that doesn't mean the shafts are actually parallel.
@@TALENTLESSOFFROAD Found the issue. The gearbox was too far to the passenger side by 4mm. Moved it back now all good
Any trick to getting the center of the helix to line up so it's even all the way around and centered on the shaft?
Tap it lightly until it's close, than put the inner sheave on first. Should go right on. Then put your outer on, in the correct orientation.
Good information
Hopefully it helps someone.
So what do you do if you take the secondary apart without marking them not realizing they were balanced?

What happens if those sliders break while out on a ride?
It won't shift properly and may stick a bit.
