We should all be using scooters or bicycles instead of driving, especially in cities. Traffic would be much better and commute times would be much faster for everyone.
Realistically it can't replace a car. Ex: buying groceries or bulky items, winter weather and rain. Those are just a few examples why a car is essential. However, an escooter can compliment a car, saving its wear & tear and not forgetting the gas. In the long run your escooter will help your car last longer, saving you $$$$.

So happy you like the review. We've got a VMAX VX2 Pro with your name on it! And no better time to buy than Black Friday weekend (all scooters are 20% off!!) 🙂
my scooter in dubai costed me around 400$ has key n remote lock has a 1500w motor powered by a 52v 10ah battery top speed is like 45mph and range is about 40 miles with a all round soft suspension system so its comfortable the vx2 pro gt isnt really a good option compared to the other scooters in the market in my opinion
That's one cheap scooter with decent specs! Just like with anything tech, gear, or tool related it all depends on your use case. Is the VX2 Pro GT the best scooter on the market? Yes, for some people. No, for others.
Or you could just get the segway max g2 for $899 which is superior to this scooter in every aspect, plus it has amazing suspension for a super comfortable ride.
@@austinbrady build quality, range, speed, tires, etc. Segway also uses better quality of battery. Hiboy is an imitation of ninebot. The one thing on the hiboy I do like over the ninebot is the extra turn indicators at the rear. Edit..I recently watched a hiboy video ND had them confused. Regardless, the same comments apply.
@@FatDomGamiello Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I've never tested the Max G2 so I don't know about the tires or build quality of that scooter. I do know the build quality of the VX2 Pro is very good. VX2 Pro GT has 37 miles of range compared to Max G2's 25 miles (at max speed). Max G2 has 22mph compared to VX2 Pro GT's 19mph. The VX2 Pro GT has a 28% incline compared to the Max G2's 22% incline. And the Max G2 is actually $1,299 MSRP which is the same as the VX2 Pro GT. Looks like very comparable scooters by two great companies.
I've saved a good bit of money, and had a great deal of fun by using an electric scooter as my primary form of transportation. It can't replace a car completely, I still use mine for large shopping trips, or long distances (more than 20 miles), but I use the scooter for everything else. It's great. A couple of tips. You really NEED dual motors if you want to be able to handle hills. You'll burn out your controller fairly quickly most likely otherwise, and that's even assuming it can make it up the hill in the first place. Any 500W+ dual motor scooter will crush any hill you throw at it. The scooter your demoing seems over priced to me. I've seen a dual motor 500W scooter for around $600.
Thanks for sharing your experience! I agree that a dual 500W motor is more powerful (I own the Apollo City Pro). I was shocked at how well the VX2 Pro handled inclines because of my experience on other single 500W motors. I thought the price was steep until I experienced it myself. The build quality is insane and it’s the GT version which means you have a better battery for range. The base priced option is more affordable.
Why would this scooter be a better buy than an Apollo City 2023 dual motor scooter? Please do a video doing a side by side comparison between this scooter and the Apollo City Pro.
I own the Apollo City Pro (2022) so I can do a comparison between that and the VX2 Pro GT. Unless @ApolloScooters wants to partner with me and we could make the 2023 review happen!
I was thinking of getting an e scooter for daily use to and from a railway station, about 5km away from home, that way i dont have to leave my beloved 2006 mx5 at the station parking. Thoughts?
I think 5km is perfect distance to ride a e-scooter to. Just depends on how friendly your area is to pedestrians and bikes so you can easily ride there. This scooter would be a great fit 👍🏼
I can see that an electric scooter is much less costly to own, maintain add use than a car. Personally I ride electric bikes instead as I am a Senior citizen and a heart patient so I need nearly daily doctor recommended aerobic exercise and I mostly get it from either riding a light weight bicycle or several ebikes. I got rid of my car 11 years ago and by doing so it has saved me an enormous amount of money. Our choices also have direct effects on our Earth's environment and big motor vehicles are very wasteful of energy, harmful to the environment to ourselves and others. I am now also looking at scooters because I need to go places where I can not bring in a bicycle or ebike being so large. Electric scooters would fit this bill. I have been able to take my small ebike directly into a local grocery store and use it just like a shopping cart but not into a doctors office or a dental office in which a electric scooter would probably be acceptable.
They are geared towards athletes but I think they make for a solid everyday shoe for anyone. Very comfortable, aesthetic, and the knit material makes it easy to put on and take off.
@@austinbrady I’m not an athlete, but I’m interested in adding more athletic-style pieces to my wardrobe. Do you have any shoe or brand recommendations for that look? Also, are there any specific styles or trends you think are worth checking out? I don’t want to ask too many questions, like I do on other videos-I try not to-but you have a great eye for aesthetics, and that’s why I’m asking. I hope it doesn’t come off as weird! One last thing: do you have any tips for pulling off an athletic look without going full-on sporty?
