Do the heatpads ever expire? I have a very similar kit from another company and after less than three years their packs somehow half-activated even while still sealed and stored in the thick ziplock bags they came in.
Could you also have them in stock in Canada via Amazon Canada's warehouses in order to avoid duty fees? It's a non-trivial cost added to an already expensive product.
