What are the future outcomes for your new diet? "The study showed that the vegetables-based food intake decreased sperm quality. In particular, a reduction in sperm quality in male factor patients would be clinically significant and would require review. Furthermore, inadequate sperm hyperactivation in vegans suggested compromised membrane calcium selective channels." 2016 Loma Linda study.

I've fasted for more than 3 weeks many times, and have healed many incurable conditions. I often accompany friends when they have cancer, and it has reversed every time. I think the results are even better when you occasionally include 100% fruit feasting, which can comfortably last months and the feeling of improved health happens very early in the process.

Fruit fast seems worse to me than water fast. I don't think I could handle the hunger fruit calories would create. But I'm healthy enough to get by with short fasts.

@@bubamallam1659 I follow Alan Goldhamer's expetise on how to properly water fast, however I disregard his warning about fasting without guidance. He needs to claim that from a liability standpoint, but people have been fasting for thousands of years and there are countless blogs describing what to expect. I think it's usually much more dangerous to not water fast for someone with cancer.
I follow Dr. Morse guidance on fruit feasting, and Lou Corona diet for effectively rebuilding. The basic idea is that doctors are taught a few false assumptions in their 2nd year of med school, and this is why they're so terrible at handling certain diseases. They mishandle cancer because they don't understand lymphatic congestion.
The purpose of the fruit is to cleanse lymphatically, which will eliminate the acids that cause malignant regeneration. The purpose of the veggies/herbs is to provide nutrition needed to regenerate certain areas. If you abstain from all other foods, your body will crave which food is most beneficial. Cancer patients often want to fast, and the worst thing you could do is force feed them. Don' t worry about weight loss; that regulates after you solve the cancer. I also recommend the Nama J2 juicer, which is the simplest way to prepare produce in a more absorbable and hydrating form.
The most cleansing fruits that are seasonally available almost everywhere are grapes, lemons, apples, melons, citrus, and berries. The skin is a secondary elimination pathway, so it is very cleansing during summer to drink large amounts of these fresh fruit juices then sweat heavily. Something similar could be accomplished with a steam sauna.
Tumors often grow during the first few months as upstream congestion clears, but usually get softer as the immune system strengthens. The tumor then reverses as the congestion that caused it clears. Large tumors may take several years to completely disappear, but all of the symptoms should be gone after about 6 months.

I don't know about that one but l heard from Dr Daniel Pompa that it's the coming out of ketosis that is the healthy part about fasting.
There was a study on rodents. Conclusion: fasting for 5 days repeatedly is beneficial.
Another doctor who helps people recover after the "co erced inj ections" promotes 3 days fasting follows by 11 days of nutrient rich healing diet and supplements like serrapeptase etc.
Also NAC and vitamin C as a supplements and the latter has definitely health benefits unlike what was said in this video above.

In Russia dry fasting is an accepted protocol in hospitals with excellent results. 11 days is a fairly common duration. It can accomplish healing that otherwise will not happen.
I personally have no problem dry fasting for a week, however I have hydrated extremely well for over a decade. Surprisingly urination continues fairly normally the entire time, as the body pulls water from interstitial spaces. I could easily go longer, but it is a less well studied modality and I never push fasts beyond what is very comfortable. Also it has caused some minor digestive issues afterwards, so now I try to re-feed within a few days.

It's the calorie density and lack of fiber that helps pack on weight. The facts show that avoiding oils is the best for health. He has dozens of videos on oils at his site. They may all be here too. Don't wait on an answer from him, as he rarely does. But anything could happen. Also I think at some point in one of those videos he comments that canola oil (or something like that) would be the least offending to our systems. Probably has to do with the lipid profiles.
