How does this intake do with a cone on its side?

@@pabloescandonlibos1012 the arm has a chain connected to it with two sprockets. The top sprocket has been constrained to be stationary while the bottom sprocket is freely able to move. When the arm traverses upwards, the constrained sprocket will force the arm sprocket to rotate, which counter rotates the intake grabber, keeping it level
