महाराष्ट्र के जलगाँव के रहने वाले संदीप मोरे एक Bank PO हैं। Bank PO बनने से पहले उन्हें SSC, IBPS समेत Bank के कई Exam में Failure का सामना करना पड़ा था। मिडिल क्लास परिवार से आने वाले संदीप Banker बनने से पहले एक Call center में Night Shift में जॉब करते थे और दिन में घर आ कर पढ़ाई करते थे। कॉलेज ख़त्म करने के बाद तक संदीप को Government Job के बारे में कुछ पता तक नहीं था। कॉल सेंटर में काम करने के दौरान संदीप को अपने एक दोस्त के ज़रिये सरकारी नौकरी के बारे में पता चला था, जिसके बाद वो भी Government Job की तैयारी करने लगे। पहली बार 3 महीने की तैयारी के बाद एग्जाम देने गये संदीप को Failure का मुंह देखना पड़ा। इसके बाद Serious हो कर उन्होंने Exam की Preparation करी, जिसके बाद भी उनके हाथ Failure ही आया। फिर भी उन्होंने Give Up नहीं किया और Hard Work करते रहे। एक दिन आखिरकार उन्होंने IBPS का एग्जाम क्लियर करके Bank में PO की जॉब पा ही ली। संदीप का मानना है कि Failure आपकी परीक्षा लेने के लिए आते हैं। अगर आप यहाँ हार मान लेते हैं, तो आप कभी सफल नहीं हो सकते। उनका कहना है कि हमेशा Hard Work करते रहिये और कभी भी Give Up मत कीजिये।
Sandeep More, a resident of Jalgaon, Maharashtra, is a Bank PO. Prior to becoming Bank PO, he faced Failure in many government exams including SSC, IBPS. Sandeep, who comes from a middle class family, used to work in the night shift before cracking Bank PO. Sandeep did not know anything about Government Job until after the college was over. While working at the call centre, Sandeep came to know about government jobs through a friend, after which he also started preparing for a government job.

Listen to me, i hv met thousands of ppl from 100 s of discipline... From govt school teachers to corporate employees, from enginerrs to doctors, from bankers to top b school grads. One thing i hv noticed that everyone speaks negative about their jobs n they say that they will quit. Then they marry sum1 n hv kids, they got stuck in their field and one day they die. Point is whatever u achieve try to give respect to it and be happy, n explore life. Life is too short to complain. Being a banker of 2015 po batch, i myself feel lucky that i hv got this opportunity to meet diff kinds of ppl , to get to know diff mentalities of ppl n learn what life is. And last but not the least wat u told in this video is absolutely true.... If u try u ll achieve ...one day. If u leave, u definitely fail ....... I dnt need ur likes... Just realise wat i hv told everyone here. Try just try....

Gajanan Dhone actually it is..I have been failing in the last 5 mains exam..just like him I decided to give up after IBPS PO mains..but no, I have started preparing again this year with LIC exam in the horizon. This will be my last year if I don't get it I will go for private job.

सर हम सभी कॉम पीटी कॉम्पिटेटिव एग्जाम्स की तैयारी करने वालों की यही परेशानी होती है ट्वेल्थ के बाद मैं भी कंपटीशन की तैयारी करने लगा था हमें गाइड करने वाला कोई नहीं होता ना ही हमें यह बताया जाता है कि किसी एक एग्जाम की तैयारी करें भेड़ चाल की तरह मैंने भी सारे गवर्नमेंट एग्जाम दी और अपने अपनी ही तैयारी करता रहा कभी किसी के एग्जाम पर फोकस नहीं करा इसी तरह शुरू के 2 साल मेरा कोई एग्जाम नहीं हुआ कोई भी एग्जाम मेरा फोकस नहीं था चाहता तो था मैं कि हाय की पोस्ट है लेकिन जब एग्जाम निकलता मैं कोई तैयारी कर रहा था मैं उसे भटक जाता यदि हम एक ही चीज को सोचकर तैयारी करते हैं तो हम सफल जरूर होंगे आप को मेरा सलाम जय हिंद
