I fractured my lumber spine in jan 24 and have problems since as offered no help from nhs so i started playing this video and it was amazing i listen everyday on repeat and within a month i can honestly say i feel healed hope that helps peace and love to you 2:35 h@@teesawatkins5720

I've been using this almost as an anxiety 💊. I have panic attacks, plus my anxiety and the feeling of being overwhelmed is really high sometimes. This makes me calm and helps mr get a step back. Also my phone 📱 does make me more anxious
