I have never listened to an ASMR video without speaking as I enjoy personal attention and I tend to get distracted with just sounds... I just let this play in the background as I was writing some reports... so, so good! You capture subtle sounds impressively!
From 17:50 on wards it is just CRINKLE HEAVEN. That pot pourri followed by loom bands then the celefane. All topped off by slow and deliberate hand and finger movements had my eyes and brain in a coma. Sensational. Lost count of the number of times I have watched this video. 2 thumbs up Dmitri.
I would always tell ppl I found annoying noises to be really soothing to me and would make me feel all relaxed and they all think im weird. Its so hard to explain to ppl. Glad other ppl understand.

That's funny because as a kid I would also enjoy playing with a very very small Boba Fett figurine my brother had. I always had something for masked characters. Never knew why though. Oh and wow nice video (the rubber glove definitly add something btw!)

Please can you do a combo of silver soap and hand movements, visual and sound combo, or maybe 2 holagrams of you doing hand movments/reiki and silver soap, theam could be spa because of soap and reiki, if not just reiki with silver soap in background to skip the need for holagram editing, thanks dmitri, your asmr vids are the best.

I've been able to induce the sensation as far back as I can remember. I take a deep breath, then let it out with some diaphragm force while flexing my core. When my lungs are nearly empty, I pull my shoulders down and use my neck muscles to pull my spine as straight as possible, and I usually give a little twist to the neck at the end, that's when it triggers - like someone pouring water down the back of my skull and neck and upper back. I'd be interested to know if anyone else out there uses the same technique.
