It truly is. It is what i fantasized back in 1999. Sadly my own lovelife never came close to it😅. I never found my squall. But then again i was always more a squall than a rinoa. But i loved this game and the soundtrack back in the day❤
takes me back to the days where a little dude goes to school every day wearing a lionheart necklace that came with a game, dreaming of one day to be able to see the world and be heroic the way squall and his friends are... I miss that little dude!
I don't care what anyone says. I absolutely loved FF8. It was a game that took bold risk with the gameplay and it paid off. The love story was very touching as well. This song will always be one of my favourites. I saw myself in Squall. Thankfully, I have now found my Rinoa! :)
I always saw myself as a female squall too. I was timid and moody. Way too invested how other people saw me or perceived me. Never thought that i would grow up to have a husband and 2 kids😅
A lot of people like to debate the best Final Fantasy, but for me it's VII, VIII, and IX all equally, as they all feel like they especially capture different parts of what makes life worth living. Some of the greatest stories of all time written for these games
Good comment. For me 7 > 9 > 8. Have also played 4 & 6 & 10 but they just didn't feel right to me. 7-9 was a great era of writing and also a good period in time with technology, console gaming, minimal internet access etc. Wonderful stories and also sensationally composed music.

I just found a right person for me unfortunately in the very wrong time. She is not that beautiful but a hardworking, passionate, and independent woman.
