GENUINELY loved it XD I.N, Channie and Binnie were brilliant in this an each tore up their respective parts! You can't help but love them in this!

I love how unserious this M/V is and the song is really cute too! I love I.N with blonde hair to, it hits different! So glad chan was able to make this song for I.N and was a gift made for him and Stays!

He's definitely spoiled.I remember when he was asked on Kingdom by Peniel from BTOB during member contacts how I.N was treated in SKZ and he couldn't really think of any complaints. In the end I.N just said Chan used his hair product and should get his own.

Don't worry on catching SKZ using autotune, because they do! They don't use it for vocal tuning however, but more as a producing gimmick. That's why it's so obvious that they've used it.
If you ever get hate comments about calling it out, please ignore those (or ring me up 😏), because Channie literally has said it multiple times on his livestreams.
I love Maknae On Top. It is such a catchy bop and as you've already seen in SKZ family and will in other skits they ever do: they will give him the role with the most honorifics every moment possible and he will never decline.
In their daily life it's the small things that will make you see that I.N is literally on top haha. They call him Hyungnim, which can be translated to "great big brother". He always gets to eat first, which is most of the time for the eldest within a friend group. You might've seen it in SKZ code already, but they let him pass much easier than the others. Lee Know cheated on Seungmin? Happens everyday (LOL just realised but this is a secret reference to SKZ family xD). Lee Know cheated on I.N? Nah fam, can't happen.
And he's written this song almost entirely himself! So proud of him how far he's come! ❤

Just a small side note, for your... viewing experience. On SKZ' own TH-cam channel there are theoretically all the playlists for all their normal content (live streams are a bit messy), but the issue is that they're in reversed order... So I made quite a lot of playlists just reversing the order to be in order of publication for my own viewing experience, but I just decided I'd just make them public, because it's not like that's hurting anyone. So if you want an easier viewing experience(especially for watching multiple SKZ Code episodes back to back) They are all on my profile (all beginning with "SKZ")🤗and this is of course for anyone else who wants properly ordered lists as well. It's not all of their content yet either, but I'm working on it😂
Chan gifted this track to jeongin and he took a couple years (years!) To write this song hahahaha. Skz-player and skz-record were such good opportunities for the kids to have fun with music and im so glad they have the liberty and space to make fun songs like Maknae on Top and Up All Night (which is the first song chan ever finished as a trainee and was also in the skzfamily ep!)
I.N once said (I can´t remember where) that his biggest problem is that the members love him too much 😂

I love this song so much. I.N was like "Let's make a song about how awesome I am." and everyone was so into it. The makne is truly on top.
It all boils down to IN dreaming that he was maknea on top and it is such a fun video. Same for most of their unit songs like Up All Night and Surfin.

I'm just gonna throw in an info about the eggs I.N hugs at the end. His mission on a show was to protect all the eggs from the others. But Lee Know caught on so quick, he managed to snap the carton out of I.Ns Arms 10 secs after I.N came back to the others and smashed the eggs in a sink. Our maknae was mad afterwards, it really upset him. One of the rare occasions we saw him like that. But nowadays its a great joke in the fandom. Anyways, thats why he huggs them so tight in his sleep.
The love they have for oneanother is so beautiful. They feel so much like family. And we will always refer to Chan as a single dad of seven, even though he's only foive.
The egg spoon passing game you stopped on, as well as the carton of eggs IN is hugging at the end of the MV are references to the first season of Finding SKZ. There are 3 seasons of the show so far. Maybe keep it in mind for the future ☺️

I have to show you this, 7:10 is the exact reason I love watching you react to this stuff: I've seen this video.................................... ok, too many times, fine, but you know what I mean... and You have never seen it before, but you nailed it with that prediction of the general tone of the video and I just love seeing you always manage to see those things before they happen, it makes me feel like I'm watching it for the first time again. So that's why I love these reactions and it's also the reason I think you should only watch very little SKZ content on your own, because we'd miss out on those moments of... precognition almost 😂
So, the whole song is full on autotune for the effect of it. They do not use too much tho (compared to western artists) and THEY CAN sing so the autotune doesn't seem bad. If you search "maknae on top live" you will see skz requesting autotune to I.N's mic so the song can have the same vibe as the original. Honestly I love that
I got into stray kids for the music, but I staned because of our goofballs. Each one has a unique personality that will make you want to make them your alt, but they are the best together. My bias is Stray Kids.

it’s obviously completely your choice, but in the future when you listen to songs from skz replay which have pre-existing videos, I highly suggest that you listen to the skz replay versions since they are remastered (and better, in my opinion).

The all song is auto-tuned, even I.N and Changbin's vocals ;) Chan actually loves autotune. I don't like it that much but it's really suit him when he raps! Drive is also auto-tuned this way ^^

Chan gave IN this track as (I think) a graduation present. He says that other than the parts He and Changbin sang (and therefore wrote) IN did everything.
People have mentioned Finding SKZ. When he stops Chan hitting the bell, this was from a game of Halle Galli they played. IN was terrible (did not know the rules and he is bad at games in general) and lost badly. So this was his revenge. He is also speaking Satori (Busan dialect from his home town) Changbin loves his Satori (I think he can also speak it, or bits of it) The egg carton at the end was also from Finding SKZ. His mission was to protect a carton of eggs, and Lee Know smashed all of them as soon as he figured it out (about five seconds after IN walked out with the eggs) It was one of the few times IN was genuinely angry. He even shouted at Lee Know about it later in the episode, and he definitely was not acting.
The fox and the bread with his baby photo on the table when he is sleeping referring to his nicknames, Baby Bread and FoxyIN.
Changbin loves wearing fitted suits, as they show off his muscles. Needless to say we love him in fitted suits as well 😁
I think Stray Kids as a whole are fairly spoiled (or more specifically us STAYs) JYP allowing them to make high quality MVs for their side projects (Maknae on Top, Drive, Up All Night - They did a four part series leading up to the release of this that is hysterical, Miss You, Close, Street Light, DanceRacha's performances etc)
Such a fun song and it was so much fun watching you enjoy it. Genuinely enjoy it.
Its the kind of song you should go back to after you've seen quite a bit of the Skz codes and other content. And then you'll laugh even more. But even now...yes...hilarious and cute. Great song.
Oh and yes, there was autotune. actually...I think there's autotune on all the vocals here. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Skz love autotune..it adds texture to the vocals, in Chan's words. So not always but they use it often.
As much as you seem to like Chan's vocals, I do think you should listen to "I don't want to admit" at some point. And there is a live version of a cover of Zombie where Chan fell in for Han and he sings the duet with Seungmin...although I dont think you can do the reaction on TH-cam.
