I am from india,crime rate here is top notch as compared to all times, anyone wants to talk about that despite of all these useless people who claim themselves to be security personals
Some of them
(intelligence agents)may have been working in all states, say in Uttrakhand they might be teachers, college professors in chemical industries because why would some government waste resources on these agencies when there are already industries, factories there to do research,
There are some educated Professional teachers and professors to train new recruits...
So it's just what i think that they live among us... Just my opinion
Even then it happens, those people might be busy doing other useless stuff.
