I have trying to get the 90s tv scramble effect for sometime now. This video definitely helps me get what I need. Maybe I will add the grid effect with wave warp to get the scramble tv effect. Thanks a lot!

I find that when I export at CBR max bitrate 40 the video comes out so trash, I’d recommend exporting 2 pass at max everything and the video will come out exactly how it looks on premiere pro
So I did this and nothing really changed except adding grain. And yes I did do literally everything in the video and more experimenting on my own. I’m wondering if it’s the footage so I’m trying new footage now. But I don’t think it is. I have the kernel convolution and find edges and blend modes and glow and everything.

Blend Mode isn't working for some odd reason. After I invert on Find Ledges that's as far as it lets me get. Any suggestions?
