Shumpert details the best insights to what makes playing in the NBA difficult and/or impressive. Like Giannis building up his confidence/momentum, just by collapsing the defense. Or Pippen/him affecting the team's effort and opportunities by going for steals.
    Basketball is a beautiful game.

It's great to see someone who is truly around the game and all the highs and lows speak freely. People get too caught up in what you hear from players in a situation where they would get fined if they really spoke their mind. And then we gotta listen to someone like stephen a smith talk like he knows what's going on. The game is complex to a point that viewers don't see. Yet we make the drama of the game so much bigger than it is. I believe as viewers we should just stfu and watch the game sometimes and stop with all this bs we do like we even have a clue what its like to have to stand in front of someone like KD and LeBron and have to stop them from scoring or making a play. The idea that we can tell a grown man he isn't doing good enough at his own profession is baffling.
