Well, the "Ten Commandments" is a title given to a specific set of commandments, which are often considered to summarize many of the rest. There are a number of other commands in the Word as well. They could all also be summarized as "love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind, and love your neighbor as yourself."
I am not sure. For much of their history they were using their own calendar, but it is possible that the exiles returning to Jerusalem used the Babylonian calendar since that is what they would have been used to, being raised there.

why do the commentary say that Israel was using the Babylonian calendar when Israel calendar began at the Passover in Egypt … good job, thanks
