VIN locking is a despicable way for manufacturers to claim that they are preventing theft but in fact it just forces the average owner to have to visit a dealer.
Indeed, it does add an extra challenge. It also ups the risk because the circuit boards I have to swap could be part of the fault so we could move the fault to the replacement parts. We will see!! Cheers
Hi there Gary. Can you tell me what part inside the inverter unit has the chassis number programmed to it that I have to change is it in the dc- dc converter

R135, externally the same as the R110 but slight higher power
