Thank you for posting these vids, it helped me understand, for the most part, of how to complete the model. I set out folding my own cactus at the beginning of quarantine in 2020 and and have just now finished it. I posted it on my Instagram page under the same name as my TH-cam (without 116). It turned out better than I expected!

I think I'm going to make one with just the pleats in place so I know how to make the cactus and then on with the spines
