Companies who don’t want to illegally robocall sometimes hire overseas call centers to illegally robocall and prequalify leads then transfer those calls to the insurance company. The insurance company pays commission to the call center for qualified leads. The insurance company “doesn’t know” about the illegal robocalls so it kinda works. Where this call center is different is they are promising to pay the victim for lying, coaching them on what to say, and listening in to the call between the licensed insurance agent and the applicant and doing whatever they want with the information they obtain. When you apply for health insurance, you give out a lot of info.
Anyone can purchase robocalls, but most legal US businesses won't do it because it's illegal except in a few cases. If you receive a robocall and it isn't something like a doctor's office, airline notification, survey, or a non-profit, it's illegal. So, whatever company is behind it is breaking the law. Fun fact: You can be compensated for it if you track and report them.
These scammers need to start by saying saying "Hello, I'm here to help you get a benefit but...if you don't follow my program, I'm going to call you names, threaten your family, yell at you, etc. Hearing the money slip through their fingers LOL.
They get me when they say "don't get upset or don't worry" and use a stern voice when the pretentious victim clearly isn't upset. Love how you tore little Ron's world apart...such liars and thieves. You really got 'em.....lol Pure Excellence!!!

Did you ask the scammer (in the beginning) why he cares if you get the grant or not. He doesn't even know you. Why would he care whether or not you receive a grant? Pure benevolence on his part? 1. Why would YOU care if I get a grant? 2. What do you get if I get a grant? (If you get NOTHING, then why are you getting so angry? If I mess up the qualifying process, why would that matter to you?) 3. Are you listening to my phone call while I am on the phone with the agent? 4. What is the punishment for lying? (I don't want to go behind the bars.)
Well done Trixie but that was one of the hardest things to listen to. Vile creatures. Golly, he got angry quickly. I wish they could hear themselves and hear how really rude and repulsive people they are. I wish their family ( mother) could hear them. Wouldn’t she be so proud ….. NOT
I had a friend request (FB clone) from an elderly friend. I knew it wasn't really her, so when she messaged me and asked How have you been, I answered "Have you heard about the new gov't grants? I got 2 million dollars. I saw your name on the list too. And they gave me a new car. and some kittens and a bottle of brandy." never heard back from them (and I deleted the "friend".)
