Golden chance to remove the word " Secular " from the Constitution. The President has declared the Emergency as Unconstitutional and Illegal in her address to Parliament . Consequently, tampering with the Preamble during the Emergency automatically gets repealed. Jai Hind !
I agree with you. It's time to revert back to the Preamble as it was before the Emergency. Remove "Secular" which was inserted even if the current opposition is thrown out of the parliament. They should be grateful if they won't be thrown into jail the way Indira Gandhi had done.
