I think Tom is committing career suicide. Even if he thinks Lex is perfect... to actually say this when he knows Lex is being played by other actors (and there's no script here to excuse his lines) is attracting seriously bad vibes. As fans we can say this, but if you're in the industry yourself, better put some reins around that "vanity" of yours. It's bound to turn off producers and other actors in the long run.

Micheal is like the hyper 9 year old kid with him jumping from one topic to the next and can't sit still, Laura is like the older, cool teenage sister who is annoyed with him, barely tolerates him but still totally has affection for him, and Erica and Tom are like the exhausted and infinitely patient parents trying to heard/direct/wrangle him and get him to focus, but are still totally entertained by him. And there is an overall strong sense of love among them all. It's like watching a family unit at Disneyland, it's both histerical and sweet at the same time (and Michael's the oldest of the group). Love them all together!!
I've been watching a lot of latest Smallville reunion panels both from conventions and zoom chats and this must be my favorite! I think it's the only time they acknowledged Lois and Clark's story and love this much, instead of the usual 1 second mention, and even talked about the blur and the last seasons. I really liked that cause their story was my favorite part of the show.
Wow I never seen a cast crew with such amazing chemistry. It's like a family reunion when everybody is so happy to be together to just chill and share some laughs. Good job guys. It was hilarious. Michael is soo funny. They all love him very much. So nice to watch 👍
Laura's Kara's defining moment is when she returned in the beginning of season 10 and officially became Supergirl. And at the same time was able to continue her original mission of protecting Kal-El/Clark. It was really cool seeing her use her House of El bracelet to deflect Darkseid. Also, how she attempted to teach Clark to fly and imparted some important words of wisdom to him at the end. Best Supergirl ever! My absolute favorite!

I hope these guys keep doing the Smallville reunion panels like this for years to come, especially as long as the DC CW shows keep going. These guys layed the foundation for the great run of CW shows continuing on. But Smallville is an all time favorite for me and holds up really well to the test of time.
They should bring something new. The way it is being done, it seems like trolling fans, not inspiring them. I learned "nothing new" or refreshing about Smallville... or about Clark and Lois. Gods, they can't even talk about the romance onscreen without looking like they're being pinched! Rosenbaum's jokes are beginning to sound the same too. And he's kinda obnoxious... not funny anymore. The "we love you Erica" sounded a bit insincere. His innuendos are not always as harmless as you thing they are.

Smallville is better than any of the CW superhero shows. Maybe Arrow S1 comes close. The flash is well casted but he's such an overpowered superhero that no one should be able to even challenge him in any way and so many mistakes are made in service to the plot.

@@turquoisemoon3654 You do know Tom in Smallville battled with depression, anxiety and loneliness, he was constantly tired and overworked,in pretty much every scene and he was going through a bad relationship, and all of this got worse as seasons went on. He carried the workload of Smallville for 10 season and carried more as major charaters like lana, lex, lionel, jonathan exc left. He went through alot of shit, so its pretty easy to understand why his favorite moments were at the beginning of a show that took up an entire decade of his life. I know its hard to believe but being an actor isn't all rainbows and sunshine, not only that but this interview is 10 years after the show ended, you honetly expect him to remember everything? He doesn't have to do these interviews but he wants to for fans, they keep it fun and they have a curtain amount of time. Even then they get asked the same exact questions each time, do you know how boring it is to thoroughly answer a question 50 times over? They're humans being just like you, none are actual superheros. You dont have to watch these interviews if it bothers you so much lmao

This is my favourite panel yet (and I've watched all the Smallville ones that have been shared on youtube) cause I was there! =D It was such fun and Michael is so freaking funny. I wasn't able to get the VIP for the Saturday as it was already sold out when Tom was announced (he was the first of the Smallville cast to be announced) which meant I couldn't sit in the VIP seats, despite there ending up being plenty of empty seats in that VIP section, which sucks. I was in the second row of the general seats. Thank you so much for filming and sharing the whole panel on youtube, it's just awesome to be able to relive one that I was actually a part of and get to see some stuff I couldn't see before. Anyways, meeting these guys was amazing (I've met Tom twice now) but to also get to meet Michael, Erica and Laura has been a dream come true, I adore my group photo op with them.

God, that poor guy who was supposed to be hosting this. He becomes completely superfluous in the first couple minutes but can’t leave, so just sits there silently feeling incredibly awkward and probably wishing the earth could swallow him up.
Exactly. He looked flustered when Tom said "earmuffs" at Erica. She wasn't even saying anything outrageous and Erica had to be apologetic and say "I stopped." TOM WAS A PISS OFF here. And to think liked his chemistry with Lois and wished he would refresh our memories on how they made those scenes work so well.
Laura made a great supergirl on smallville season 7, it was amazing the acting ability as an equal to Tom Welling's Clark, not so much as Melissa's supergirl show on CW network, as a friendly nerd-like and momentary empowering woman but Laura was a lead actress in her own right in the house of el, clark's cousin. in my opinion her portrayal of supergirl was authentic and impressive more than the idea for her to become the braniac villain on CW's supergirl.
So true Jonathan. Laura was a great Supergirl. She was great next to Tom Welling as Clark. She was great with helping Clark learn more about his family, the House of El, great with giving advice. And was fierce and strong and a great protector to him. As Ethan stated, you could see the love they had for each other even when they disagreed or got angry with one another. She was more authentic/impressive indeed. I would have preferred Laura be Powergirl in the SG series or the very least the female Brainiac character should have been a hero. @@nixonvonnixon His directorial debut was "Fragile" season 5, then "Hydro" season 6, and "Apocalypse," season 7, among others. They're all Erica-loaded... with only bits involving Rosenbaum as Lana's lover (making out with her in front of that fireplace... yay!) and as president about to nuke the world. The rest is Erica, including their first on-screen kiss RIGHT after film restrictions were withdrawn. Of all his costars, Erica was the only one OFF-LIMITS... because Superman Returns also has Lois Lane in a romantic relationship with Clark, so writers are not allowed to let Smallville pre-empt that. One thing I do notice though... when it comes to Erica, she gets "covered up" more than the other female costars when she and Welling are in the same scene... except with Aqua. In the episode "Krypto," she was practically bra-less, and you could so much her clothing, but once Tom is in the scene, she appears with a jacket over her skimpy top. In "Fragile" her hospital gown was loose and almost fell off her left shoulder but it was re-shot and fixed. In season 10 Erica was showing off her cleavage in almost every episode (not so different from Teri Hatcher appearing in a bra with full cleavage showing in Lois and Clark). I don't know if the clothes are under a "director's control" but it's kind of "interesting" how Welling seemed so "stuck up" about any sexual scenes in Smallville when he was INVOLVED IN ALMOST EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. ^_^ Welling said in a season 4 interview on the shoot itself that "I always say, if nudity isn't necessary, it shouldn't be there." LET'S SEE... there are interesting pics of him and Jessica showing a lot of skin... I guess it doesn't apply in his personal life? Good director, huh? ^_^
I don't want a reunion show because to me reunion shows always fall flat once the nostalgia factor wears off, however, I would like to see them in other roles in a hero movie or show at some point.
I only shipped them in the dream Lex had of being married to Lana with kids. One of the CUTEST eps in the series. But I cant ship them outside of his dream. Unless Lex changed his ways and path. I agree with Mike that Lex didn't start off "evil"

But Tom would rather NOT discuss any scene with Erica in it... and after giving her 22 episodes for season 10 which TOM produced as its EXECUTIVE, he says he agrees with Rosenbaum that the BEST scenes he had were with Kristen, and only season 1-3 (before Erica joined them, which is season 4). That's... a LET DOWN like when he says in other Comicons he doesn't remember much but ends up with the most detailed anecdotes. ???? He's cheeky. So it seems like he's trolling fans, rather than inspiring them. To think I just discovered the beauty of Smallville weeks ago... and I have this as a surprise?

It was a Comicon in 2018... check it out... but the comicon has Kristen in it. @@turquoisemoon3654 You do know Tom in Smallville battled with depression, anxiety and loneliness, he was constantly tired and overworked,in pretty much every scene and he was going through a bad relationship, and all of this got worse as seasons went on. He carried the workload of Smallville for 10 season and carried more as major charaters like lana, lex, lionel, jonathan exc left. He went through alot of shit, so its pretty easy to understand why his favorite moments were at the beginning of a show that took up an entire decade of his life. I know its hard to believe but being an actor isn't all rainbows and sunshine, not only that but this interview is 10 years after the show ended, you honetly expect him to remember everything? He doesn't have to do these interviews but he wants to for fans, they keep it fun and they have a curtain amount of time. Even then they get asked the same exact questions each time, do you know how boring it is to thoroughly answer a question 50 times over? They're humans being just like you, none are actual superheros. You dont have to watch these interviews if it bothers you so much lmao

This is my favourite panel yet (and I've watched all the Smallville ones that have been shared on youtube) cause I was there! =D It was such fun and Michael is so freaking funny. I wasn't able to get the VIP for the Saturday as it was already sold out when Tom was announced (he was the first of the Smallville cast to be announced) which meant I couldn't sit in the VIP seats, despite there ending up being plenty of empty seats in that VIP section, which sucks. I was in the second row of the general seats. Thank you so much for filming and sharing the whole panel on youtube, it's just awesome to be able to relive one that I was actually a part of and get to see some stuff I couldn't see before. Anyways, meeting these guys was amazing (I've met Tom twice now) but to also get to meet Michael, Erica and Laura has been a dream come true, I adore my group photo op with them.

Laura made a great supergirl on smallville season 7, it was amazing the acting ability as an equal to Tom Welling's Clark, not so much as Melissa's supergirl show on CW network, as a friendly nerd-like and momentary empowering woman but Laura was a lead actress in her own right in the house of el, clark's cousin. in my opinion her portrayal of supergirl was authentic and impressive more than the idea for her to become the braniac villain on CW's supergirl.
So true Jonathan. Laura was a great Supergirl. She was great next to Tom Welling as Clark. She was great with helping Clark learn more about his family, the House of El, great with giving advice. And was fierce and strong and a great protector to him. As Ethan stated, you could see the love they had for each other even when they disagreed or got angry with one another. She was more authentic/impressive indeed. I would have preferred Laura be Powergirl in the SG series or the very least the female Brainiac character should have been a hero. Laura truly is Supergirl, as I have told her before. Mainly for overcoming her struggles of Meningitis when she was first born. Helps me in Cerebral Palsy struggles in fact.

They're all Erica-loaded... with only bits involving Rosenbaum as Lana's lover (making out with her in front of that fireplace... yay!) and as president about to nuke the world. The rest is Erica, including their first on-screen kiss RIGHT after film restrictions were withdrawn. Of all his costars, Erica was the only one OFF-LIMITS... because Superman Returns also has Lois Lane in a romantic relationship with Clark, so writers are not allowed to let Smallville pre-empt that.
One thing I do notice though... when it comes to Erica, she gets "covered up" more than the other female costars when she and Welling are in the same scene... except with Aqua. In the episode "Krypto," she was practically bra-less, and you could so much her clothing, but once Tom is in the scene, she appears with a jacket over her skimpy top. In "Fragile" her hospital gown was loose and almost fell off her left shoulder but it was re-shot and fixed. In season 10 Erica was showing off her cleavage in almost every episode (not so different from Teri Hatcher appearing in a bra with full cleavage showing in Lois and Clark). I don't know if the clothes are under a "director's control" but it's kind of "interesting" how Welling seemed so "stuck up" about any sexual scenes in Smallville when he was INVOLVED IN ALMOST EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. ^_^
Welling said in a season 4 interview on the shoot itself that "I always say, if nudity isn't necessary, it shouldn't be there." LET'S SEE... there are interesting pics of him and Jessica showing a lot of skin... I guess it doesn't apply in his personal life?
