This is another one of those episodes where Doug really gets on my nerves. Didn’t he push Carrie to make friends with this woman, so he could hang out with his own friends. And then as soon as all her attention isn’t on him he’s throwing tantrums
he upset because she not being mommy for him you know his feeding his laundry
This was the best Show ever! Wish they could pick up where they left off, when they left the show. Two Great Actor's together ever !

Lol... it's def true--and "roaming" was a thing you PRAYED to avoid. Cell phone technology has come a looong way. Kinda fun to look back on it 😂😂
As i belive in the beginning there was an issue with american mobile radio technology. They did something stupid so their phones had to have antennas or be real bulky while the rest of the world already had small flip phones. But they fixed it after a few years.
we didn't carry cell phones at all when that episode came out, unless you were rich

doug with his friends all the time he shouldn't make carrie feel guilty there are times he chooses his friends over carrie or broke plans with carrie for his buddy he upset because she not there being mom for him cooking and cleaning
Doug getting upset that his shopping day for women's clothes was slightly interrupted, and then storming off in a huff, is not exactly what i'd call 'on point' with his macho everyman character.

This show was about a real couple loving each other a lot and some problems we all see everyday in life ,but in the end they always stay together and talk n loved each other.
