The Amulet of Samarkand is a YA book but it's such a great read - the author is very witty. If you haven't picked it up yet you should give it a try. I have read the series twice and I'm in my 40s. Jonathan Stroud is excellent and has written many bestsellers.
Oh my gosh I found this channel and I fall in love with your attitude.. Keep going! You make my day! BTW gorgeous books you got. Many greetings from good ol Germany 🇩🇪
Oooooo you got Bitten! I love Kelley Armstrong!!! just be aware it’s the 1st in a series “Women of the Other World” there are 13 total! But you can read them without having to read the others.
I love Philippa Gregory and the White Queen! I read almost all of her books about the war of the roses and the Tudors. I am just about to get it to give it as Christmas present to my boyfriend's Grandma that loves reading!
Yes Dan Brown are technically in order, but you don’t need to read them in order. They’re one of those book series that had the same protagonist, but they’re all readable in their own right. Helps if you HAVE read the first book, which is The Da Vinci Code as it sets the character - Professor Robert Langdon up. Or just watch the film then read the subsequent books 🤣🤣🤣 They’re very good films!!!
Love this unboxing!!! I enjoy the True Blood books myself. Kind of a shift shaping escape for me!!! Well done grrll~ Keep them coming❣ Love you and have a good week end💐
Is this series any good? I have been collecting Kelley Armstrong books for years because they sound fascinating, but I have yet to find time to pick one up.
@@catsaremylife8946 I remember reading the first book in the series "Bitten" and really enjoying it as it was nice to have a werewolf book from the perspective of a female werewolf, and I think I read the next book, but lost interest in the series by the 3rd book. Don't really remember why I lost interest, but I think it wasn't a strong enough storyline to keep my interest.
Roddy Doyle wrote the commitments.there was also a film made of the van if you can track a copy down it's brilliant and just as funny as the commitments. there was also a third book in the series i think called the snapper. all three books are part of the barrytown trilogy.
That synopsis didn't do the story justice. I've read quite a few of Kelly Armstrong's books and enjoyed them very much. If you like strong family dynamics and werewolves, you'll enjoy this. I read Brilliant by Roddy Doyle a few years ago and really enjoyed his writing.
Rebus is a series of books. You should check out the tv series with Ken Stott, I really liked it! Not read many of the books though! Dan Brown is a lot of fun, you should give his stuff a go. Best Wishes 💕📚📚
It's your great efforts people do these atrocities for books very bad thinking these people do these atrocities for trapping Innocents and chasing because of jealousy and hates
I’m completely biased as Dan Brown is one of my favourite authors 😅 but his books are so interesting! If you like learning some things while you read, he does mostly historical fiction (I think that’s the genre) with some drama thrown in there of course. Angels in demons is probably #1 for me, and his book called the Lost Symbol is a close second. I hope you give him a chance! 🙂
I want to do this so bad! I’d be worried I’d get all really bad condition mass market paperbacks that you can’t even read. Do you all have mass market PB in the UK? I have no idea lol
A hardback box would be awesome. A good selection of books but I'd be disappointed because I've read most of them 😂 The rebus series by Ian Rankin is amazing it was one of my favourites years ago. I even did a rebus tour in Edinburgh lol. True blood was an amazing series until book 9 after that the show came out and the books changed alot to appease fans of the show I thought. Dan Brown is mediocre I find.
Bitten is much better than that description and caver make it seem, although I like the series better once it expands to include witches, vampires and demons.
A other fantastic video Aly love watching your amazing videos looking beautiful as always can’t wait for your next video you’re just amazing big hugs 🤗 xxx ❤️😍
The Impossibility of Tomorrow is the second in a series. ahhh old book smell~ Also, maybe you can try hooking up a battery pack to your camera while you record so it stops overheating?
How much was the postage on that thing :')!!!?? Also I wish I had never gave it to charity so I could have sent it you - but I read an amazing book called "Before the Coffee Gets Cold" - translated from Japanese. Such a good book.
"Angels and demons" is not for you if you know anything about science, like black holes etc. CERN actually has a page devoted on pointing out the inaccuracies. Skip that book, for real.
I love it... I'm not re-filming this. I can't fake these reactions lol

I'm intrigued about the Van book! Tell me more!!! Lol x fab random choices of books you have found!

If you like Twilight then you should like Bitten as it's so much better imo lol.
'Bitten' by Kelley Armstrong is book #1 in a series. The series is called 'Otherworld'

Angels & Demons is seriously one of the best books I've read. VERY fast paced & highly entertaining. It's book #1 too.
I just found you channel, and I'm loving your upbeat and fun attitude!

The true bloods are my not so secret obsessions
That honestly wasn't a bad bundle
yes Read Dan Brown... I fell for the first title that I read Digital Fortress, and bought others of his from The Davinci Code, etc
Loved this! Would love to see another, haven't brought any mystery boxes but might treat myself after seeing this!

Rebus is gr8 :)
Absolutely loved Bitten by kelly armstrong
Fantastic mystery
Why hit use goodreads to keep track of the books you have read, want to read and check if they're part of a series?
Love Ian Rankin hope you enjoy them as well
Sylvia' days part of a series, but way better than fifty shades
You got some really good books for a mystery box, it was a fun vid.
It's your great efforts people do these atrocities for books very bad thinking these people do these atrocities for trapping Innocents and chasing because of jealousy and hates
CJ Sansoms revelation is sort if a series I believe. Check before reading

So fun! I am going to have to have a look on ebay and give this a try!
Dan Brown is the king of last minute plot twists that blow your mind.
No way! The 'plot twists' are so predictable and the endings always feel rushed.
Dan Brown stuff can really be hit or miss.
I want to do this so bad! I’d be worried I’d get all really bad condition mass market paperbacks that you can’t even read. Do you all have mass market PB in the UK? I have no idea lol
Give Dan brown a go - I wasn’t sure and I actually liked the da Vinci code and inferno
A hardback box would be awesome. A good selection of books but I'd be disappointed because I've read most of them 😂

Read the white queen I'm pretty sure it's the first one but either way if you like historical fiction then it's a great book
This is fun!! Awesome fellow book worm
Bitten is also a show.
I haven't read hers in awhile but I like Tami Hoag.
Bitten is much better than that description and caver make it seem, although I like the series better once it expands to include witches, vampires and demons.
Would love the true blood and game of thrones book man...
A other fantastic video Aly love watching your amazing videos looking beautiful as always can’t wait for your next video you’re just amazing big hugs 🤗 xxx ❤️😍

Sorry you did say price..
Oooo lunatic asylum….😂😂😂
The Impossibility of Tomorrow is the second in a series. ahhh old book smell~
Also, maybe you can try hooking up a battery pack to your camera while you record so it stops overheating?
Ah thanks babe! Yeah my camera make is notorious for overheating, even has is written as a warning on the back 😂😂

Dan Brown is awesome
Deception Point by Dan Brown made me soooo mad! I wouldn't recommend it lol
Or do so we can discuss it
"Angels and demons" is not for you if you know anything about science, like black holes etc. CERN actually has a page devoted on pointing out the inaccuracies. Skip that book, for real.
Uh, or you could read it as fiction? It isn’t meant to be 100% accurate
