I'm guessing this is single player? Planes seem to be bugged in multiplayer at the moment. Can't enter the driver seat. Only the passenger seat. Also, prop appears as both static and spinning at the same time.
No on my Server online. Does it have engine? Can check by if it has FUEL bar in yellow or not. I had settings at first so that plane spawned without an engine haha.
