Talent is there, but this man needs self-reflection on his behaviours. Most of the challenges this artist has are because of his bad attitude and behaviors. Talk to people who have interacted with him in the past. He has little self-control and is very emotional. You can judge my post, but it's an honest assessment, so I credited his talent. This artist lacks good self-awareness and control. I doubt many would work with him in the future. Hopefully, feedback like this can help him grow instead of listening only to loyalists.
