Hello Vera Frank, you did a very good job in your explanation. You said that you boarded the speed boat from Ikot Abasi to Opobo Town? Do you know that Ikot Abasi was part of Opobo? Ikot Abasi was part of Opobo before the selfish Boundary Adjustment Committee headed by Nasir, carved it out from Opobo, and ceded it to Akwa Ibom, and Opobo, to River State. This is why, in today's Geography, we have Opobo and Ikot Abasi as separate towns. As I said earlier, Ikot Abasi used to be Opobo or part of Opobo before it was cut out of Opobo and given to Akwa Ibom State.
Yeah. U right. I'm thinking it's pri 3. D story ends with "BUT HE DIED ON HIS WAY HOME"..... Okon16, it's lik u r around my age. Cos those READERS/TEXTBOOKS r no longer in xistence. ● Agbo lived in d town of Lagoon, wich is not far frm Ibadan. He went 2primary sch..... ● Edet lives in Calabar.....
I totally agree with you. It’s a huge shame. I think there should be systems put in place to check these things, especially as it involves people’s lives. They give it out to passengers as mere formality, but if any mishap occurs, lives will certainly be lost.
Seriously. I panicked a bit. It obviously can’t do anything to save anyone’s life o. And it will take a while before those boat drivers purchase new ones. 🤦♀️🤦♀️

These transporters may do well to get good life vests, instead of these worn-out and unsafe things they dish out to their passengers. It's a big shame.

That life vest is a hazard...its so deplorable...can't keep anyone who can't swim afloat...this 9ja sef
