If three counties in the north get 28b a year and nothing has changed. Why not have a ward fund where the money instead of going to county HQ to be corrupted by governors and their CS's why not have the money go to the wards where people live. The people will decide what projects they want and the money released for those particular projects. A ward fund would solve many problems of corruption at the HQ. The senate since they are in charge of counties need to pass a ward bill like yesterday instead of wasting time debating nonsense and side shows
We devolved govt from the national to county in the believe that would spur development but the opposite has happeened because the governors get the money and corrupt it plus they hire all people in the village to give them jobs thus having an over bloated county staff where millions go to. there should be an audit of every county staff and functions. How many ghost workers does each county have and money is allocated to these workers but goes into the pockets of count employees
