The B Orb change was intentional, here are some notes from the devs;
- B Orb has been removed in order to bring it more in line with our other maps (with Fracture being the exception with 4).
- B Orb was very farmable by Attackers so it’s another way we are trying to address the Attacker sidedness of the map.

idk but even heaven doesnt have an orb on B. so ig all maps now only have 2 orbs spawn except fracture

Kj did not need that nerf, it won't affect much, finally deadlocks trips are useful, and holy wall that thing is massive now, the over doubled the size
KJ nerfs will absolutely affect pro-play a lot. That's the entire point of the nerf. But yeah I'm super hyped for new deadlock. The sensors are actually threatening now.

Unless you mean area as 10 x 10 is 100 while 6 x 6 is 36 and 100 is almost triple 36.

I starting to love KJ because of her turrets, especially in bind and haven, since I can put my turret very far away to watch any angles and distract the enemy, so I can shoot from other angles. I wonder if the range is still that far or it is limited to the cone
I honestly believe this game would get so much better if riot stopped adding new characters and balanced everything around each other
At this point, whoever is nerfing KJ can just stop with the hatred and either leave Riot or learn to counter KJ.

They don't take longer to open, they take longer to close after reaching the halfway point.

I saw in a gameplay video (I forgot which one, I'll edit when i find it) that deadlock's sonic sensors are now active even after death. Is that true or am I mistaken?

Considering how trash deadlock is, they can at least make her sound sensors unbreakable like cypher. Unless you shoot them they will keep stunning the player. The only good thing she has in her kit are her walls. The net is ok-ish but is worse than sage's slow orbs since it only affects people that are in it's radius and aren't the best thing to stop a push, you can easily push right after it's thrown. Her sound sensors are bad ngl, almost all duelists can easily get through it. Jett's dash, Raze satchels or Yoru's tp. So aside from her wall she has almost no push stopping ability. Cypher fcks up all duelists except Yoru. KJ stops all players except for the duelists to enter so duelists basically get molested as they won't have their team supporting them. Sage's slow orb can fck up raze satchels or jett dash. Chamber's trap is also really good to stop pushes plus he can use his trap tp and a sniper in combo to get good value. Where does Deadlock stands here? No flank potential and no stop pushing potential. Even her ult is trash

deadlock will never be a good pick if her sonic sensor needs sound to activate.
Deadlock is currently in Jett’s position at launch, everyone thought she sucked at first but once you figure out how cleverly you can use her she’s very useful. Especially now
she doesn't have flank potential unlike the other sentinels

@@sagetarus1 Kj has 2 mollies that each can kill from full healths a robot that can make a entire time vulnerable that can be pre placed unlike a viper mollie a turret that gives peoples positions away and does chip damage a ult that can completely take a site and see can pick up all her gadgets without needing to be near them or with lines of sight she is the best sentinel by miles if anything she should be nerfed more or other sentinels should be buffed to her level

she’s simply too good. highest playrate and winrate and it’s not even close
She’s literally the easiest agent to play in the game, very little effort to have a big impact with her. Imo the nerfs are justified
@@scoot5642yup, ult completely cancels a site or forces a team to retreat, Turret easily detects flanks and does chip damage to the flanker, grenades can completely stop a defuse without even needing to have a lineup. So much impact with no skill required for any of those
Yeah true but her ult easily and almost always just gets destroyed by a sova or a brim on the other team after taking so long to get 8 points just to have it. You need a good core team to make her work because you can just setup A and the enemy team just goes B and if you have to rotate to retake she's pretty much almost useless with the utility to retake. They nerfed her nanoswarms too to be detected from much further range too a while back. She's easily countered overall and this nerf really was not necessary @@bobsag1164

I mean, the wall itself self should last until broken since it is her Signature ability and not rechargeable. I'm glad it got buffed, but I still feel something should be said about there being no CD on a Signature. @@K1llThemA11
@@funkycrawler619Brim doesn't refresh his smokes and Reyna doesn't refresh her dismiss. It's a trade off.
You get the great wall of china for a signature that takes so much damage to break AND puts them in a vulnerable position while breaking it most of the time, you don't get to refresh it.
Brim gets 3 Smokes. Reyna is unique cause she gets two signatures and her ult makes it infinite. The two you mentioned have other stuff that make up for no recharge where as Deadlock doesn't. She needs something else, and personally I say it stays up til broken is a fair one. @@sagetarus1
@@funkycrawler619 brim gets only 3 smokes, and they're the smallest smokes in the game. That's it. If you fail to take a site with his 3 smokes, they're gone forever and he's just another gun.
Again, Reyna can't refresh her dismiss nor her heal. Once they're out, she's just another gun. Her ult is an ult, there is no reason to compare that to a base ability.
Deadlock has pros to the cons like I said. Very large wall, takes a lot of damage, and puts enemies at a disadvantage when trying to break it (as opposed to sage wall).
Sentinel util that completely blocks entry to a site is not meant to hold forever. The whole point of being a sentinel is knowing where and WHEN to use your util to control the space.
If the wall stayed forever, there would be almost no reason to throw it any other time outside of round start.

Deadlock buff is pretty pointless all things considered, activates faster, ok.... it's still useless for watching flank, so either you play double sentinel with a flank trip or have someone watch flank anyway. It's strong when place it on site both on attack or defense. Large walls, ok.... its still see through, and since its larger it'll probably be easier to break the small orbs from a safer location where you cant get peeked.
1. Sonic sensor aren't supposed to be flank watching utility. Similar to Sage, she doesn't gave any flank watcher utility too. If you use it on common, open ares, where enemies can appear, it's hard to being quiet, especially in a 2v5 sizuation.
2. How to use Deadlock's wall: 1. When they shoot her wall, swing 2. Hide. That's it. It bececome larger, it means your crossplacement will be extremely messy
she’s a sage alternative, not a kj/cypher alternative
As a kj player I really like the nerf. With the old radius it might as well be a 360. I barely had to put any thought into it
