Currygom is just repeatedly conditioning the readers to not trust any form of happiness the characters ever get, the pink background at the start of ep 100 was just mean. 26:36 This scene is probably the same one from the beginning of this chapter, except from the previous angle it showed Leez with open eyes, crying and thinking "don't go". 28:44 I was debating whether to comment on the contrast between Ran and the other magicians and silent magic since it could enter into spoiler territory, but I see Curry herself put it in the blog post, so that's good. 32:29 It's still funny to me that she introduced an actual strong skill of a primeval god as a footnote in the hiatus joke chapter lol. The end of this chapter is also a good character arc turning point because it finished setting the foundations for Yuta's inner conflicts as well as his (painful) relationship dynamic with Leez.
Thank you for the video! Been looking forward for your S2 chapter 100 reaction for a long time! Feel free to go back and look at those 4 chapters Brahma was in if you're curious, I know I did when I reached there, hehe. Surprisingly was in colored panels in most of these and even had some dialogue in chapter 1-80 but her identity wasn't mentioned iirc, other times we only saw her in pajamas and/or making bubblegum balloons, lol.
Wow, I had no clue that was Brahma. I thought it was some kind of minor, lower-zen god or servant or something that just worked for Agni there in the underworld.
4:00 why yes, Yuta definitely doesn't have any instincts pushing him to eat her, that's definitely going to age well. 5:00 it goes without saying but it's magician not sorcerer I wish I could comment on your talk about Leez's way of thinking, but I can't. You've probably noticed, but the characters are hiding their inner thoughts from the reader, so it's a spoiler mindfield. Finally! We've arrived at 2-100, I've been looking forward to this episode for so long. It's my favorite scene in the series, I wrote a rant about it 2 years ago (can't link, it contains spoilers for later in s2). There's so much to love about it, the comments for 2-99 and 2-100 are especially funny, so many people's hopes and dreams demolished in the span of two weeks.

Had Brahma as the bubblegum god back in the first ranking :P
