Got that VP9 in .177 steelBB myself. I though think they also make another type of airsoft VP9 with another type of magazine. The more typical airsoft BB magazine does not provide same sense of recoil as this one (the other VP9 might be green gas/propane driven) but the slide action is longer and the triggerpull is different - which would make it more realistic in use.
There are quality manufacturers that don't pay to license trademarks like kjw/kwa/ksc/tm so the sig 226 will be called the M226 and a bretta M9 will just be a M9. Also a double stack 1911 is known as the Hi-Capa.
I just got this recently to dry fire and I don't know if it's just my copy, but the reset is worse than in your video. There are two distinct clicks in the reset, one seems to reset the CO2 gas release, the second click chambers a BB. It's almost a full trigger release to perform a full reset. Otherwise it's pretty good for the money. Cheap dry fire.
@@TiberiousGib I think the thing is, the first reset clears the gas, but the magazine internals take more travel to actually load the next BB, since it's just a spring loaded gate, it has to travel the diameter of the BB. Trick is to just not load any BBs, and leave the BB follower locked down. The BB's are nice for reactive targets, but for dry fire, the trigger resets in not a shit place when you only load the CO2. Doing it that way... it's an okay trigger. It's better than my SIG. (lol jk jk don't slay me SIG fanbois)
I carry, and am a big airsofter! Just wanted to say what a amazing review! Thank you.
Why thank you 🙏
Thx is scary realistic. Def be cheaper than what ammo costs these days. I am getting a Taurus TX .22 for same idea. 🤙
I have a Glock 44 to train with 22 but even that can be difficult to find around my neck of the woods. Thanks for watching

I’ve seen several different versions for sure
Only thing I don’t like is the slide won’t stick to a magnetic hold, not sure what they use but it don’t work with magnetic holds
True

Good to know!

This trigger is tough but not that bad

Are the dimensions really the same as the actual VP9?
Close enough to fit in the holsters
Thank you for your response.
What is the accuracy and at what ranges?
I would say you can be compact effective within 15 yards, depends on the type of BB you use and the power in the co2 cartridge
