This is RE MANUFACTURING DEFECT U HAVE TO CLAIM INSURANCE. I remove stock silencer after 1week the date of purchase my interceptor and using AEW 102 working fine till now
Using AEW, ridden my gt for 18k kms, getting mileage 26-28 highway, engine is butter smooth too. Don't do bakwas for aftermarket exhaust, if you don't like it, don't use it. Perf exhaust tuning bhi kuch hota hain chiece. Engine kharap kar deta hain, dhuya nikalta hain...😂
Ya it does make the engine go bad man, & I m trying to communicate with general public of India that's why I use the word DHUA & written the word there Exhaust Gases.

What I can say your knowledge I using after market silencer on my 350 last 5 years no issue I face and sale out now using after market silencer on my interceptor which is less then 1 month old and enjoying the ride.
I am facing the same issue rn with my interceptor 650 and inside the silencer this has happened and sound is coming dk what to do. Much disappointed with re

You changed the silencer and bend pipe okay what is the cause have u treated that

sourav ji, please check your right spark plug, it may happen due to ingress of water from some place. such things may happen because of that.
i changed indication coil & all stuffs related to spark plug
Catalytic converter is not situated in muffler
But they are situated there bud both in the bend pipe & silencer. I have even shared u the what's inside pic
Oh yes it very much is . The main cat is in the muffler the pre cat is in the bend pipe.
