The world has completely fallen to the Metal Virus. Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends find themselves on Angel Island, the last safe place, launching a desperate plan with their old foe, Dr. Eggman, to defeat the Deadly Six and reclaim the Chaos Emeralds in a last-ditch effort to save the world.

Despite the fact that Gemerl is a machine, you can hear the venom and anger in his voice. Exceptional job to the voice actor. I always thought that Gemerl would have a deeper voice, but this is definitely growing on me.

I also noticed that you can tell cream was infected BEFORE she reveals it. If you look closely right at Zeena's torso right Cream takes the Emerald (about here 15:21 ), you can see bits of the Metal Virus rubbed onto her. So Cream infected Zeena before Gemerl even threw her to the Zombots...!
What Gemerl did for Cream when he found she was infected was so sweet he stayed with her till the very end so she would be scared now that's an amazing character right there
It was at this moment that she knew she F@$K up.
I'm 22 yrs old and I jumped out of my seat with excitement like I was 6 yrs old again when I saw Silver go Super, I knew Sonic was but to me Silver was unexpected and the icing on top. I know the comic isn't over but everyone that worked on this project went above and beyond for our love for the Blue hedgehog!!!

This was a phenomenal dub of the finale of the Metal Virus Saga. Everybody did wonderfully here. Congratulations to the crew and everyone involved.

21:26 Sonic's face here is just so heartbreaking. You really do get to see him lose so much faith in himself before he and silver save everyone. Props to Ian Flynn and the artists for an amazing story. And Props to Landy and everyone else for making an amazing dub
Cream really was one of the characters who endured the most hardship in the core sonic cast in this arc. She lost her two chao friends. She lost her mother, effectively orphaning her for the rest of this arc, and despite her and gemerl having one of the best team ups in issue 27, she unfortunately meets the same fate as her mother, and the chaos. Sonic, and Amy's reaction to this really hits hard. Cream reuniting with her family after everyone is turned back to normal in issue 29 was satisfying.
@@acejumper1681Whisper and Espio are definitely the next 2 in line for the group of being the most abused people in the whole Metal Virus arc. Espio lost essentially his brothers, and Whisper lost basically her sanity-keeper.

Hearing His World with the top-notch editing got me literal goosebumps. You all did an outstanding job with the dub, and the voice acting for ALL characters is miles better than from every game since 2010. You guys are amazing 👏👏👏

I'll be completely honest: Landy's a great VA, but I wasn't really sold on him as Sonic. That is, until hearing him scream as Super Sonic. Holy SHIT. If I wasn't completely won over before that, I certainly am now. "I'M DUMPING IT WHERE IT WON'T HURT ANYONE EVER AGAIN!" Fucking chills, man.
It was absolutely amazing! Honestly, I didn't care much for his voice either at first. But the emotional moments were absolutely nailed, even the little details. Like Sonic's panicked breathing at 21:25. That honestly broke me. And the softness/exhaustion in his next line, too. You really do feel all of the emotions that every character is feeling from their great voice performances!
It's funny, I've been seeing a lot of people talking about how this dub is where people started really appreciating Landy's Sonic. Personally I always thought he was a good Sonic. (it's his Knuckles voice I'm more eh towards, but that's just personal preference)
He actually gives Sonic range. When he tells Metal to go up, you feel how weak he is

This actually got me to cry, not shed a tear, full-on cry. Issue 27, Gemerl was working so hard to protect Cream; that's literally his entire character, I didn't expect Cream to become one of the infected, that hurt man.

Yes, its over, its finally over
It was the darkest and creepiest issue of Sonic comics ever. Where the heroes persevered to the end the population, the characters Shadow, Big, Vanilla were all Zombies. It was the saddest, saddest issue series I've ever read in terms of Sonic comics. At best, Creepypasta should have been given an 18 because of its disturbing visuals and story.
Now they just need to execute eggman so this never happens again.

I can't get over how amazing CaptainComedy's performance as Silver is. Possibly the closest-to-official voice match of the whole dub. An absolutely stellar job for my favorite Sonic character of all time.
And that's not to discredit the rest of the cast, holy hell you guys are all amazing. The dub as a whole has some of the best overall voice acting and voice direction I've ever heard, even out of official media. The heightened tensions and emotions of this finale just brought all of this raw vocal talent to the next level.
To say the sound design is top notch would be an understatement, AND THE MUSIC! CALLBACKS AND LEITMOTIFS AND EVERYTHING!

As someone who’s been watching dubs of Sonic comics for well over a decade, this has to be the single most well-produced, well-acted, and well-edited comic dub in this fandom’s history, and I have nothing but the utmost pride in every person who played a part in this. Phenomenal.

It's honestly kind of unbelievable how high the production value of these dubs are. The full body shivers I felt during the super sonic and silver scene was just as raw and visceral as when I first read it way back when. Seriously top top notch content
This not only shows how talented the crew that worked on the dub is, but also that Idw made a good story
The All Or Nothing dub was truly amazing Techno Cinema's eSnare's muwic is amazing (the credits theme was also really amazing), and the VAs did amazing too (I always love hearing CaptainComedy do Silver because of how close it is to the games). Editing is on point. Everyone becoming free from the Metal Virus must have taken a while, and it looks so well done too! I can't wait for future dubs. I don't care how long it takes as long as it is as good as this. Issue 29 felt so intense. (If this gets marked for kids like some of the other dubs then I'll feel so sad.)

The acting, the music, the editing, everything was just so beautiful. Picking a favorite moment from this dub was so hard because there was a lot of passion put into each epic scene, though I will confess that I screamed louder for this super Sonic moment more than the movie version. The rest of the time, I was just sobbing. This is the best dub your channel has done and is my favorite right next to the Battle for Angel Island. Thank you guys at Adrenaline Dubs for all of your work. Thank you.

I love how shadow and knuckles can just be chill but both share a seemingly anger towards rouge when she’s like well..the way she is
What I've really been liking about the voice acting in this is that the more corrupted the person is, the more they sound like a robot!
But besides that yinz have been doing amazing with the voice acting, I can't wait for future dubs!

That touch of having the zombot versions of Sonic's friends be stripped away before you get to the normal panels is heavily appreciated.
Despite already having read all the issues, I still teared up when Cream got sick😭 And my heart just didn't stop breaking until the end. Your dub is absolutely PHENOMENAL, possibly topping all the series out there. Everything from the music to the voice acting and special effects like Sonic's vision greying out as he turns... Fantastic job, you guys! And kudos to IDW for these heart-wrenching comics!

I... can't... believe how good this was! Adrenaline Dubs I've been watching you guys dub the IDW comics since the beginning. Hell you guys are the reason I know about the IDW comics. I only knew about the Archie Comics before watching you guys dub these. I loved this so much. You guys had me tearing up on multiple occasions cause your voice acting and choice of music is so DAMN good. Like I've always loved the voice acting but today just hit different. I truly believe you guys can take on the games as the official voices (no offense to the actual game actors). I don't read ahead I will always wait patiently for the next issue getting dubbed. Now rush you guys deserve to celebrate your victory cause this is one of the greatest thing I've ever seen. This was the best way to start my birthday!

Never has such a team of flawless voice actors enticed me to enjoy a comic based serial, the emotion, the portrayals of each individual personality.

Also watching these dubs blind has been so much fun, and has also kept me happy which is something I’m not use to, cause my sad mental state. So again TY, watching these dubs really helps me get in a good mood and I’m so glad I know about all about the comics. (Love most of the comic stuff that has been done) Even tho after this or after you have done issue 30 I plan to go ahead and see what has happened to catch up with the IDK series, I still plan to wait and watch for when you do continue to Dub issue 30 and so on. Amazing.
I haven't felt so many emotions from a Sonic product in a long time. The editing was godly, the voices were perfect, and the music choices are the cherry on top (with even some I recognized! I got SO hyped when I heard Chaos Angel from Advance 3). This almost feels like an official adaptation of the comics, and the music perfectly complemented each scene with additional fanservice for those familiar with Sonic's library.

the whole saga was a trip. Heck sonic basically succumbing right before turning super was AMAZING. It just shows that silver WAS absolutely needed. Without silver, they'd have failed.
I missed the premier because of school, but after a really hot day, this made me cooler. The voice acting, the visuals, the story, all put together perfectly in movie format. I can't believe I didn't cry. This entire ark shows that even when the world (or the world covered in robotic zombie goop) is against us, with determination and a little help, we can turn the tides when there's a tsunami. Thank you Adrenaline Dubs, and speed on.

There was a lot of awesome stuff in this dub, but I gotta say, the timing on the Babylon Rogues' theme song was next level.

It is such an amazing touch to the panels which is so creative and detailed when the virus is stripped away from them!
I couldn't help myself, while I was driving when the premiere was happening, I could not wait the entire weekend to watch this! Everyone did an AMAZING job on this one! The pacing was great, the sound design was top notch, the music was immersive, and this may be the first time I've cried this much over an IDW dub. In particular, I feel the need to call out Cream and Gemerl's fight with Zeena, Espio's line about his friends being there in spirit, Silver and Zor's ending exchange, and Zavok's compliment to Angel Island. All of these moments were delivered exceptionally well and I was losing my mind! Massive applause to everyone involved in this production, you all did great, and I'm honored to work alongside you on this! And a big warm welcome to the new faces who debuted here at AD with this project, we're so fortunate to have you on board, just as we have been with people who have been with us for years now. This was incredible, wonderfully exciting, I'm not sure I can sleep after that! XD What a great day to be a Sonic fan! All or Nothing was a massive joy and we got the start of SAGE, what more could you ask for?

You guys with all your awesome voice acting, SFX, Soundtracks, and visual effects added to the comics to enrich the experience makes me think for REAL that an anime adaptation for those series would be absolute peak.

FANTASTIC as always! The scene where they were throwing the virus into the sun felt exhausting… the raw power it just have taken to do that really came through!

These comics have amazing fan service. At 25:45 we see Metal Sonic use a defensive shield that only ever appeared in SA2’s multiplayer!
And Adrenaline Dubs made it even better by adding the shield’s sound effect from SA2!

I refuse to believe that IDW didn't hear your voices and decided to make IDW of Sonic. I literally refuse. The voices are quite literally perfect. All the dubbers were MADE for this? No.
IDW was made for these dubbers. I'm convinced.
It certainly felt like kismet. Many of us got really into voice acting & video production right around the time IDW was starting, fresh off the heels of Mania & Forces. We took a step back and thought "Hey, this voice acting stuff is fun, and we're pretty good at it. Maybe we should tackle those new comics coming out." It was all very right-place-right-time!
That being said, our videos wouldn't be here without the work of the IDW crew. Their efforts helped shape our interpretation just as much as the games themselves have, especially during the Metal Virus, where we had to really buckle down and lock in a more dramatic acting & editing style. I can't say for sure if we've influenced them in turn, but even the thought of it is humbling.
The voice acting here is better than in any other Sonic media ever created
This is truly a masterpiece, every detail addressed and perfected from the largest edits to the smallest sound effects, and to see Kizakoto as the credit score is truly amazing.
Yet another reason to never turn your back on these people

This was absolutely phenomenal, I have nothing else to say but well done, you guys knocked it out of the park with this one, you also got it done and released in record time. Every moment of this was filled with tension and when everyone is cured and reunited, it almost brings a tear to the eye. Well done and amazing job.
thank you so much for this amazing piece of art. ive never read the comics before and only happened across this channel one day. the dubs have been the best part of my week whenever they are released. i cannot wait for the next one and its so exciting to experience the comic for the first time like this!
