I just don't understand why people hate on one character. I mean they all had flaws, and that's how people are. Nobody's perfect, and that's one of the messages that friends convey. But what's more important is whether they stay the same or grow into a better person. And that they all love each other in spite of that. That's what makes this show even more beautiful.

I'm never going to forgive ross for stopping her from going to paris. He called her boss behind her back to take the job offer away wth?? Rachel deserved that job and she lost it.
He wanted to stop, Initially he did also but eventually when he realized rachel's passion for paris, He let go of his feeling & N let her go to paris.

Guys she stayed. Ross tried but then stopped and let her do what ever she wanted even though it would severely impact their CHILD not to mention the fact that he loves her. However she loved him as well and that was more important than a job to her, she made the decision of her own free will. What that says about the writers idk but it has nothing to do with ross

Put family over career in the end. Had tremendous courage. Yes was very jealous but that is more the writers trying to get laughs. Jennifer Aniston will be looked upon like Lucille Ball and Mary Tyler Moore in the years to come. The acting in the break up episodes was off the charts good.

1. Don't bother studying seriously in college. Rachel was trained for nothing yet managed to be "successful."
2. Never take responsibility for your faults coz your friends will vouch for you anyway.
3. Don't apologize for being you, including your clumsy side. Instead, cultivate it. She cultivate her clumsiness so much she burned Phoebe's apartment yet with no tinge of feeling sorry. Atta, girl!
4. Treat other stuff as yours. That's what "queens" do, right? Drive your friend's car without their permission and have her brother take the blame if you got stopped by a police officer. Don't worry, you'll get out of trouble for being pretty and slutty in exchange for your dignity.
5. Don't clean the apartment. You know what, don't clean at all. (Bonus: Don't help during thanksgiving. Just take a nap and whine when somebody wakes you.
6. Follow your passion, even if it means taking away your daughter from the father without discussing it with him, first. You made her alone right?
7. Don't mind getting a health insurance. Just make your friend commit fraud.

Her character development was being focused on, which is unfair to the others. However, what made it more unfair was she is more praised and adored despite of being a bitch. She's just pretty, but not talented (the others have WAY more skills than her). How Petty.🤣
