Well it wouldn’t make sense given their limited interaction. While it would have made sense in Tekken 5 and 6 where they had some chances for it to form, that ship sorta sailed. Jin and hwo were always at odds since Tekken 3. Where the manual states Hwo was undefeated in street fights with his friends until jin while at mishima polytech came over managed to get a draw from hwo.
