Thanks for all this content! Sometimes the best examples overlap many leadership principles. If I want to talk about my biggest accomplishment, that would be not only just because of the products and the process or the end results, but also the challenges and conflicts or the roadblocks along the way. When I see the question bank for Amazon LP, I notice, that one great example can answer many questions. However, in loop interviews, it is advised to restrict the number of times we use one example. How do I as an interviewee tackle this situation, when different interviewers ask different questions for LP, but I want to give the best answer which I have already given once

You asked...I answered - ne video dropping today in about 30 minutes and this is one of the items I address in the video. Let me know if it helps.

Great Content! I've learned a lot watching your videos and I find them valuable. I would like to see you break down answers you would consider great and what makes them great.
But keep up the good work!!! It's appreciated.

I have heard this from a few folks. You would be surprised how many people who come through InterviewAt have genuinely "great" answers. Most of the issues are related to structure and flow, and the lack of details and metrics. I have to think about how I could best deliver on this ask based on the content I have.

This is great content, appreciate you sharing.
Quick Q that comes to mind: the advice is not to share a story more than twice. Does this include stories shared in the phone screen with the hiring manager? (the call right before the loop). I used some good stories there, and while I think I have enough to not need them, I'm wondering if they count towards this 2x max guidance.

(also are you still doing the free mock interview, or is that offer expired? I don't see it on your website but you mention it in your videos)

To your first question, you do want to avoid using a story twice. Even if on the phone screen. All of the interviewers in the loop take notes. Those notes are shared with everybody else. The hiring manager will do the phone screen and the full sleep. The exception to the rule here is if you're using the same general story but clearly addressing a different leadership principle. So, some of the plot points the same, but the actions and the result are different.
The free mock interviews are on summer hiatus. I needed to be able to have some time to focus on writing code. As much as I enjoy doing the free mocks, they chew up a lot of time. If you are interested in a VIP mock, send me an email and I'll give you a coupon for leaving such a nice comment here. And for watching so many videos. :-)

@@InterviewAt That all makes sense, thanks again. And yes, totally understand the need for uninterrupted blocks of code-writing time!
And just to clarify, a story in the writing sample doesn't really count towards that 2 story limit, right? Because it's more about evaluating your ability to write rather than the story you tell/the LP in question.

Correct. Writing Sample didn't remove a story from your rotation.
