Theres no point of paying hundreds of dollars for a real pair- heres why: they are both made in china, nike practicality in sweatshops that underpay their workers. These same workers quit there jobs , assuming with multiple coworkers to start selling the fakes, or better yet, replicas. The fact that you have to use like fbi tactics to investigate that these are not the real pair... is amazing.

I totally agree that these are overpriced , to a point that are reselling for 300-400$ .. But I could never support a counterfeit organization. Now is Nike , tomorrow might be me or you. They don't get revenge from Jordan or Nike , they just do this casually , ignoring the fact that all these companies are trying hard to design - collaborate and fund new technology in perfomance based shoes and clothing (which is ultimately their goal) .. After all , you can totally skip lifestyle sneakers and go for a top - notch running or basketball pair that is on sale 50% .. will be same price or cheaper than the chinese replicas and on the plus side you get Zoom or Air or Boost technology ( which would eventually helps your back - knees - ankles and might even motivate you to work out).
I get it though , people want to ''look cool'' but don't want to pay the $$ .. This is probably the biggest problem Europe and USA is facing the past 20 years .. The mindset of people that want to have what their friends have .. Which is utterly stupid , mainly because there are hundreds of companies - high end or low end products that can make you feel '' unique '' and '' cool'' ..

They're not fake. They just didn't pass the quality control requirements. I worked in a factory that built computer chassis. If there was any cosmetic flaw...it was placed in a separate box, and was still sold at a discount price because of the cosmetic defects. Does mean the product was fake...Just slightly flawed. And if that company did that...I'm sure ALL factories do the same thing...Even Nike 🤷🏽♂️

Fake ones are unbelievably cheap too. Retail over here converted to USD is about $30. The seller claims it's OEM which is apparently means they were made with the same materials. Idk whether or not that's true but it kinda shows on the product.

I love these comparison TH-cam videos to check my shoes but it’s such a double edged sword. You literally give all these people in China free detailed feedback on what to fix next time.
The only problem is that the nike QC is really bad on this pair. I've seen a lot of Legit pairs that have the wings logo really messed up.

Had a friend that told me that made in China ones that are "fake" can sometimes actually be real because the fake ones could be the same factory where the real ones come from. The only difference is that the fake ones are not authorized to be sold without Nike's permission.

A good way to find out if it's fake or not is to check the stiching on the black box on the back of the shoe. Fake has six stiches and real has five.
Let me tell you why all this is real vs fake stuff is BS. For starters both pair are made in china for $5 to $10 dollars a pair. Now don’t you think the people who make the so-called fake ones would watch this video and perfect them to look just like the real ones?

I don't really necessarily view it as being a fake pair it's just not an official pair. And since the quality is so high on the unofficial ones I'm thinking about buying some since it's so hard to get a pair of the real ones when they drop, I found a website where they're going for $156. And they look real the leather and the quality is real good you might see some messed-up stitching somewhere but other than that they look just like the real ones. I don't think it's anything wrong with getting a pair of fake ones just as long as you don't sell them and pretend that they're real.

Today i went to nike store to buy air jordan 1 retro high and price was around 100-150 dollars. But they only had 3 colors and I dont like any of them. Later i go to a fake store and guess what I found 10 colors and all looking awesome with price only 30-40 dollars. And literally I cant find any difference between original and fake ones. So I bought fake ones and happy with my decision. 😇
Since a lot of these authentic pairs comes from factories in china (which is where most replicas come from), whose to say that they didn’t roll out of the same factory. I believe that (hypothetically), nike gave the factory enough material to produce 20 pairs per batch of leather. But if they really tried, they can squeeze 1 or 2 more pairs out of the given material. They give the 20 pair (per batch of material) to nike to sell which are the “authentic” pairs and stashed the few pairs they made from the extra material to sell unofficially for more profit. Sure a few things are slightly off (they won’t need qc the “replicas” since they won’t have to turn them over to nike) but it’s very possible that they all rolled out of the same factory & made of the same material as the authentic pairs.
my opinion , the biggest different is the OG is like 300$ and the replica is 85$ 😁
since it is already hard to determine which one is fake nowadays, one thing i'm sure of is in the long run the shoe comfort is way different between a fake and an original one.
