@@AdamYT24 If it is true he was caught with traces of dianobol in his system which is what's been reported, there is no defence or wiggle room, as no supplements have that sort of chemical in them, and the B sample is exactly the A sample, so yeah he would be toast. What their doing behind closed doors who knows, make no mistake eddie is on the blower going through the details with whyte or we could at least expect it to be possible. Whyte has gone completely radio silent, so it would not suprise me if is dianobol that he's been caught with but we got to wait for the full ukad decision. In my opinion, the fact he has been caught before, i think it's quite clear what's going on.

Right so on the should he of told Rivas. Answer NO. Example - if you were accused of stealing from a previous employer, had a hearing, found not guilty, should you have to tell your new employer? If you got pulled for drink driving, blew positive, went to police station and tested negative, allowed to drive and no charges brought against you, would you have to tell you insurance?

Quite an interesting interview from Eddie Hearn. The haters will always look for holes to explore in anything Mr Hearn says or does following the ‘alleged’ shortcomings in the ongoing situation regarding Dillian Whyte. As such in life there are two sides to every story, so I think we all need to stand down and await for the outcome as and when it comes into the public domain.

People need to play the ball and not the man. Whatever you think of Eddie Hearn, his conduct over this Whyte situation was bang on. Whyte was declared free to fight after the initial issue - Hearn's presumption then is that Whyte obviously isn't at any advantage over Rivas and thus he has no pragmatic obligation to inform Rivas of the initial issue. Morally speaking, Hearn has to think about the fighter he represents, namely Whyte. Whyte was cleared to fight. If Hearn then goes and tells Rivas that Whyte had a problem with one of his drug testing samples that has now been resolved, Rivas' team are obviously going to use that information to the detriment of Whyte in the result of a Whyte victory. You can imagine the bitter fallout. No promoter on earth would tell the opposing team this information in the context of what occurred.
The key aspect is that Whyte was cleared to fight by the relevant independent body, namely UKAD and the BBBoC. If it then comes out that the evidence supplied by Whyte to these bodies was insufficient (which is exceptionally unlikely, despite what all these yank promoters are saying - and they know what they're doing), you still can't really put any blame on Hearn/Matchroom - he goes by the ruling of the experts. He has to. He could've overruled the experts and called off the fight, but why the hell would he do that when the experts have cleared his fighter to fight? He has to presume that the evidence of Whyte's innocence was overwhelming; hence why he was cleared to fight. People just don't believe the truth these days. Or at least they go away with the fairies for their own agenda and don't come back to reality even in the face of logic and reason - feeble minds are then swayed by the purveyors of misinformation.

@@stephenmccann3407 That's not how it works.If UKAD stopped the fight without 100% evidence there has been doping they could get sued for the costs of the show and there wasn't enough time to retest and look at a full legal appeal from Whyte. If he was totally cleared why is he unable to talk about it? I imagine there is retesting and legal proceedings going on behind the scenes at the moment, let's hope it doesn't take too long.
@@shapes2000 your completely wrong if he tested positive and he couldnt prove his innocence he wouldnt be allowed to fight. The test sample was for a month before. Truth is we dont know the facts but they wouldnt let him fight if he had tested positive that is a fact.
@@stephenmccann3407 They didn't want to open up the chance of being sued, once Dillian gave a response to the results that put doubt to the case. Tyson went through the same thing with them.
Another great interview. 4years ago I was doing my degree in business and studied Hearn and looked into board etc where money goes and how to run a show etc learned a lot from this great man. No1 prompter in the world and looks after his clients.
